I am a stanch follower of Anthony Robbins. His 'pain and pleasure' principle is worth knowing and doing. The gist of this principle is that rejecting food should be a pleasurable experience. And eating too much should be a 'pain' sensation. Most dietician and health coaches dwell on PMA or Positive Mental Attitude. It fact, the mind must be first and fully prepared to change the body's shape and health before starting to undergo a diet and fitness program.
