You need to have a User Rating of 200 before you can use emoticons. Keep posting. Your User Rating increases: 1) Every time a discussion of yours gets two responses or a response and a comment 2) For every discussion where you post either a response or a comment. Note that you may post more than one comment (and more than one response) in any discussion and that you earn for everything of quality that you post but the User Rating will only increase the first time you post in a discussion. You can but it takes a little time before it gets enabled. Do you see the number beside your name? It will increase as you use mylot and after a specific amount will enable this feature for you. :-) so until then enjoy discussions.
