if you had the chance to change something you did in the past...what would you change?

ohh there are so many things that i would really like to change. i wish i could. but i wont regret that i made mistakes in my past.i believe whatever happened have all contributed to make the person i am today. so i took it a learning and i keep making mistakes that days by day makes me more mature and sorted person. but i would like to confess that there are some incidents where you really want to change it altogether to make them your beautiful memories,i would love to go back to my past and say "sorry" to my first love. i would love to teach a lesson to my best friend and give her a piece of my mind who ditched be and back-stabbed me.

I guess it would be more mindful with the way i handle my first relationship so i could have avoided an be on guard with a cheating ex boyfriend. Something that i should not trust that much.

I wouldn't have gotten married. I got a kid and got married at 19. Basically I got married because of the kid. That is a very stupid thing to do. I know this is now a typical issue wherein the girl gets pregnant and it would either be marriage or live in. Since I was 19 years old at that time, I really never thought about the future. I just let my parents and grandparents fuss about the marriage and I just agreed to it just to be done with this thing. It is totally a very stupid thing to do. One thing that I will always regret. But it's part of life. I always remind myself that life goes on so I should too.

Hi swissheart, I am not perfect but the only thing I would change of my 62 years is the fact that I didn't attend college right after gratuation... I am a single parent with 2 children and 2 grandsons..not once have I ever thought of that as being a mistake...I love my life and I accept anything and everything that has occurred in my life..its all been a learning experience...and I have learn a lot... I love my life ,,,yes I do, I love my life... There can't be all peaches without seeds and there have been a lot of seeds but the seeds have not out numbered peaches.....

I would not have gotten together with my ex, which means I wouldn't have ended up controlled terrorized and beaten, I wouldn't have sustained multiple head injuries and developed epilepsy. Almost 10yrs of my life could have been happy and carefree instead of living in fear as a prisoner in my own 'home.'

I would tell someone who was very special to me how I really felt about them, my special friend passed away before I had a chance to tell him, we all think we have all the time in the world but we don't...so don't put off until tomorrow, there may not be one...

I thought about this question may times. I thought about it hard and at the time there was a lot of things I would change... but now that I think about it I wouldn't change anything. Everything I went through in life and all the choices I made have taught me important things about life. If I would have changed anything about my past there is a good chance that I would not be where I am today or have the people in my life I have today and I would not give that up for anything. I have learned many life lessons and a lot about myself through the decisions I have made and I a very special someone in my life right now that would not be here if I had changed things in my past.
