I still am working online like I have no problem with my body. My head is spinning but I still think I'm better off working than lying in bed and sleeping the day away. My mother even tells me that I had to rest but I can't help feeling bored despite the pain. I feel more sick if I don't move and I feel like I'm going sicker the next few minutes if I really won't work. Have you, MyLot users, experienced something like this too?

It's natural to want to work regardless of being sick. But you have to know when to stop and take a break. I also acted this way when I was up all night working at the computer. The following morning I had the flu but I wanted to spend the rest of my day in front of the computer again. Didn't take long for my body to give way and soon I was having delusions because of my high fever. Good thing my beau was there, and boy was he angry, still he took care of me and demanded I rest. The next day I was all better and resumed my daily routine.

lol. It seems I got this trait from my great great great grandma that once she starts to stop working, she gets sick and when she gets sick, she needs to work or she'll get sicker. I guess this is also due to stress and over fatigue, I was told. So I really have to maintain a certain schedule, no? That means I really need a person to tell me, "Hey, stop what you're doing or you'll over heat again".

It is normal that if you are sick and keep yourself busy you always feel better as when you lay still in your bed. Personally I don't think a soar throat is a reason to stay in bed and what (how high) your fever is you don't say. Fever will be less too if you go on with what you do. That is also the reason you can wake up and be (suddenly) seriously ill.

I don't know how "hot" I am today. lol I make it NOT a habit to check my temperature whenever I have fever. Actually my fever didn't go all out until I had my nerve points prodded and got myself knocked out. And right now I'm shivering a little... My soar throat is due to my cold that stuck and because of the irritation, I had fever...it's my body telling me, "Hey, something is wrong with ya today. And that pain in your throat when you swallow is just an effect that came along with me."

This seems to be a virus that is doing the rounds right now. My grandson had something very similar and being a football fanatic still wanted to go training. I don't suggest you go that far as it's a bit silly when you are suffering. If it's same same virus it takes a little while before it completely clears, sorry.

sweet? Oh, sweat. Hmm...I don't sweat much because I always stay in cold places. I guess this is one of the reasons I got sick because I don't break a sweat. Fact: Sweat releases toxins from within the body at the same time cool it to prevent over-heating. Happy MyLotting!
