Lately ive been complaining of my trouble stomach or let me say i have a gastroenteritis. And went to doctor for some check up, and he gave me a list of food to be avoid and what to eat. with my weight of 100lbs im under weight now need to diet coz acids has been building up inside my tummy. One of the food need to eat are sweet fruits but not just fruit coz there are some still no good for my tummy hu hu hu... I have bad tummy...

I'm sorry to hear that badass, yeah you should follow your doctors order. Eat a lot of fruits, and avoid foods that can increase acid in your stomach. What else did the doctor said? You should also avoid drinking milk or something, i heard that this can too increase acid in our stomach, For sure you know that you also need to avoid some carbonated beverages, This could worsen your ill stomach, if your vomiting or having some diarrhea, make sure you drink plenty of fluids, But take it slowly. thank you for your concern i really appreciate it all that type of food and fluids you mentions are the #1 i need to avoid. If i want to live long i have to be concious with what i eat or take. thank you again

Hey there igatiful badass, Sorry to hear about your condition I hope that you get better soonish, anyway for me I think fruits are great and i eat one or 2 in a day (low budget) anyway fruits and other stuff that came from nature would be great for you like breads nuts etcetera i hope you get better soon and to to your appropriate weight.

I am trying to eat more fruit as well, and being hot here in Australia it makes it easy to eat more fruit and salad, I have a bit of stomach trouble as well and I find by eating fruit it is better as well..

Fruit is always good for health and its also my routine but i prefers after half hr of breakfast and some time before lunch and in after dinner i always drink 200ml milk shake then going for walk at least 2 km that makes my body perfect so i love my routine .. About your case in gastroenteritis its viral infection and its by norovirus in adult and about children then its rota virus .. symptoms like abdominal pain and vomiting and diarrhea . This disease some times happened with uncontaminated water so you have to take care of it .. you also having other problem and its underweight doctors give you a list and its just some days after that you can consider your main problem and its underweight according to me take boil egg in your breakfast that helps to make your muscle weight gainer because egg has more protein and its natural way to get protein like now days in market there are lost of protein powders available ... KEEP LOTTING ...

Hmm, you are underweight and you still have to go on a diet? I guess you better eat regularly, take small but many meals a day. I hope you can go through it. Well I'm in a normal weight range, but would like to decrease me weight!! haha. I'm 130lbs but am 5'8 tall. Still i feel im too fat. I kinda wish i was underweight like you.
