Urgent Help needed: SMS Broker With API

Hello great mylotters I really need urgently an info on SMS gateways. What I need is a very reliable SMS broker that have cheap price and also has API facility, that is, I can send an automatic HTTP request to send SMS to a recipient from my website. I've seen so many of these by search engine, but those with good prices are for INDIA only. Any good idea on this would be greatly appreciated.
