You do need to lose some weight and it takes a lot of discipline and determination. If you are properly motivated to lose weight, you must have an exercise regimen with the proper diet. Once you follow an exercise regimen, the daily calorie intake will be burned into energy and you will gradually notice that you are losing weight and at the same time gaining some muscle mass. There are many exercises that does not need a gym membership like swimming laps in the pool, stretching, push ups or situps. However, your diet should be complete with the proper nutrients and not junk food. You still have a lot of time to lose weight before your birthday.

What is your height if you do not mind me asking? Losing weight is always very easy and the only thing that you need is determination and focus. I usually try to eat almost the same calories each day and for the last 5 years I have been like constant on my weight. No gaining and no losing. I am 5"3 and my current weight is 56kgs, same for over 5 years now.

What if I told you that losing weight is a lifestyle? You have to change from being sedentary to active if you wanna lose weight. Eating less and an exercise regime is a must for you, here I wish you good luck to achieve 179lbs soon.

hi deodavid! everyone is up into losing weight these days. all the acclaimed healthy stuffs out there are becoming famous so people are more conscious now. you are not alone dear. my husband is trying to lose weight but he can't stop his love for cooking. isn't it much complicated? well, he said he will cook much healthier dishes. he had this research about eating more and losing weight more. hope i will work for him. by the way, he just registered to our company's biggest loser edition. his weight now is 83 kgs and hopefully he can go as low as 70 kgs after 3 months. sounds like easy but crossing my fingers he can do it. his planning to enroll in a gym and have it atleast 3 times a week. i'm joining him too because i have to shed atleast 7 kilos of my weight. goodluck to us!

That's Great dude! Let it be a positive stress. I really envy your enthusiasm! How I wish that I do have that kind of drive that you do have in order to lose weight. I've been overweight for all of my life and I would really wanted to lose weight but that kind of goals of mine has been too impossible for me since I am more into planning only not making it into action. I'm also into calorie counting now.

you know what, I think you already right in the track. I mean if you do the exercise, cardio and eating lost of fruit and veggies, there;s nothing for you to worry about, man. really. you know, I will really recommend you to try food combination instead avoiding meals. you need to eat man. some foods help to boost your metabolism. so try food combination. and don't forget to take a lot of water intake. avoid salts and sugar, also avoid artificial ingredients. take enough rest. too much is not good. and last but not least, dont think about it too much. stress affects your body. so keep it away from you.
