Eating carrots once a week or more.

I love now eating carrots i know that i got the benefits on it..I cooked it first and then sometimes i mix with other vegetables.. This is good for our health because are many benefits for eating carrots. You do search if you want to know it..

I love carrots as well but I only like then raw, I think they are one of the things that taste better uncooked, and I feel they would probably better for you not being cooked, so I don't know why people cook them...

Before i did eat that raw but i done research that it is better cook carrots to absorve the nutrients in the body.

I like carrots too but I prefer the baby carrots that I buy in the grocery because I am to lazy to peel and cut them. It has very low in calories but is very helpful for you. I do have to admit that I don't like it that much when it is cooked though... but I do prefer eating carrot pastries more than eating just the raw thing.

Oh great id eat carrots raw before but right now i think i do all cook it like half cook and it taste it good and yes good for health helpful to us.

We've been eating quite a few baby carrots lately, of course them being on sale is quite helpful as well. My kids like eating carrots raw as well. I prefer mine shredded as they are easier on my teeth.

I eat carrots almost everyday. Whether raw or cooked, I can! I do a carrot juice every weekends. More if I'm tired biting and biting the crunchy carrots all day almost everyday *LOL... I blend the carrots with fresh milk and it really tastes good!

Yes me too i did many times eat every week and sometimes nothing,, i wish and try to blend the carrots if i can and try it for my self...its really great fruit!

Yes, there are many benefits from consuming carrots. It can keep our eyes healthy, it is good for people with cancer, just make it as juice and mix it with apple or tomatoes. Even it can be used as mask for the hair, make it smoother.

I like carots, but not so much. I usually don't eat carots or vegetables, but I like a lots of other good thinks like some fruits.

Carrot... hmmm, I like eat carrots, although I don't eat it every day..., it is usually my mother cook chicken soup with carrot.

hi, i could say that i only eat carrots very seldom especially when i am at work because i only buy food in our canteen and they didn't cook a dish with carrots everyday,so there was time only that i ate carrots especially when i cook my own food during my rest day.i gradually eat carrots because of the benefits of it in our health.

My choice is the combination of the following: 1. lettuce 2. cucumber 3. tomatoes (cherry tomatoes are better) 4. carrots 5. watermelon 6. melon I am not using any dressing. I am eating all of them raw. Try it. Please remember that all of them should be organic. If you can plant them at home, it would be better because you're sure that they are organic. Organic vegetables are very expensive.

It depends on how you look at it. Carrots are not easy to digest and there are also plenty of people who keep farthing of it. My granny always boiled carrots with sugar, never liked that. In many diets it's not allowed to eat carrots btw.

Ah okay ... i eat carrots some people dont like the taste of it and not like to it but they don't know that there is benefits eating carrots.. Its good for health.

Yes carrots are really good. Actually I regret not listening to my parents when I was young. They said it can help us have a good eyesight. I don't eat much carrots before. I see some of my past colleagues who are actually eating raw carrots (not even boiled one)... they said that is much better than cooked one.

Hi befrindwithme, I have always heard that carrots were very good for you if you are a rabbit....just kidding...they say they are good for the eye sight as well... I don't eat a lot of carrots, I don't like crunchy foods other than potote chip... but I eat walnuts almost every day...I crush them in my blender and they are a very good snack for me...Supposedly they are good for your health also... Have a wonderful weekend....

Good day...Yes rabbit/rat also eat carrots hehe he..they eat like crunchy food.. i eat that sometimes the raw but the cooked is better to it.. Agree that carrots is good for health and hope we also help our health by eating that..

Eating carrots directly in stead of the juice of it is most beneficial for our overall health specifically for eyes, digestive system etc. Carrots contains plenty of fibers which helps smooth digestion etc.

I think fiber has 3 grams of fiber,the bean had 11 grams and others.. Yes if we eat carrots a day the more fiber will have in our body.. Its help to our eyes and also anti oxidant food.
