A funny thing my dad does...

I am sitting at the kitchen table right now so I'm seeing my dad's project he started from last night. You know those junk mail letters that credit card companies, insurance agencies, phone companies, etc send to you, wanting you to sign up?
Well, my dad decides it's funny to send back those postage-paid envelopes filled with coupons for pizza, groceries, oil changes, etc (any kind of coupon he gets in the mail) to those companies. He says that if they want to send HIM junk mail, he's going to send it right back to them. And he also says, who knows, maybe they will use the coupon. LOL.
Ha ha. I think it's funny, except once he sent a coupon (my free Victoria's Secret pair of panties) that I was going to use!!! Grr!!
Have you ever done anything like this?

No I haven't but I love your dad's sense of humour. That's great. Probably not great for you when he over does it and sends coupons that you want to use. I used to love messing with the telemarketers when they'd call. I figure if they were going to bother me at home then I was going to make them not want to do it again.

haha..yeah it is a funny thing what your dad did. I seldom receive junk mails, but if i have i think i'll the same, i think it's cool. It will definitely annoys them once they received it. LOL. I'm sorry for your free victoria's secret panties they might have like that one.

Hah, that's brilliant. We mostly get junk mail from all the local takeaways, just their menus. I'm tempted to start doing this with the freepost envelopes I get from the bank though. They send me more junk than anyone else.

I think whoever it was who spent time and energy to send us junk mails is also deserving to receive junk mail themselves!
Of course we could think of this as just passing along the coupons that we receive and we don't intend to use (even if it were VS pair of panties
)!

That really funny,the fact that your dad do an effort to return junk mails to those companies.Never heard anything like this before and I guess it is a quite nice and funny idea and I guess technique so that those company will experience the same thing they do to others lol.

well it irritates me when i receive mail and messages from such agencies and companies.
i have never think of it that way as i always ignored it every time i get a mail or receive a call of such kind.
but i really like what your father does and i really think that is so funny.
i wish i can do something with these kind of disturbances and mails that fill up my inbox every now and then.

I love you're dads since of humor, that's funny. I never heard of anyone doing this before but I get these kind of junk mail too and maybe i should do the same thing. Would be interesting to see what they do.
