I used to be a movie lover, I watch all kinds of movies. But now, I'm a bit picky about what I watch. I prefer to watch something lighter. When I was still in school and University I loved watching heavy movies. I mean, the movies that needs thinking a lot, I call it heavy, lol. And also movies about literature. I would usually compare them with the novels or dramas. "The Count of Monte Cristo" is one of my favorite novels, but I don't like the movie. It's soooo far from the novel. "The Devil Wears Prada" is also different from the novel, but I can still enjoy it. It's one of my favorite movies as it's "light". When I like a movie, and it has many fun songs in it, I'll play it everyday until I get the replacement. Lol. I have some other favorite movies, "Eat Pray Love". ;) Since I watched the first time, I fell in love with it and I watched it everyday for about a month. Lol. Even when I'm doing my work or just searching in the internet, I'd play it in the movie player, and wear a headset so I can still listen to it. Now, I still enjoy watching and "listen" to a teenage movie called "Monte Carlo". It's not about the casts and the plot, but it's more about the fun songs and the beautiful views. :D What about you? What is your favorite movies, and how many times have you watched it?

Hmm...you're just like my father. Since the first James Bond movie was released, he already watched it and never missed a single one. He always took my mother to the cinema to watch even after they're married (so romantic! Sometimes I can't believe my dad can be so romantic. Lol). But since it's starred by Pierce Brosnan, and there are no cinemas anymore in my city, he never watched any. :( But thank God I can rent him the DVD. ;)

My favorite movies are “spirited away” and “princess manonoke”. I have watched “spirited away” more than twice and I have watched “princess manonoke” twice. My favorite character in “spirited away” is Haku. My favorite scene is when they are both flying in the air. I really like that scene and I like “princess manonoke” because it tells us about nature. The lessons that I learn is people should love the nature and do not abuse it. I choose movie that has a moral lesson on it and it has a deep message for the audience. I found it on “spirited away” and “princess manonoke”. I like the concept about how love conquers everything like what I saw in “spirited away” – it is all about “love”.

I think they're good movies...but are they Japanese movies? Or Philippine movies? Pfff...I can't watch them because it's not easy finding Asian movies in Indonesia. Can you believe that? :( Or maybe it's me who don't know where to find them. :(

Shawshank Redemption is my favorite movie of all-time. Strangely enough, my preferred genre of movies and films is horror, sci-fi, comedy etc. but Shawshank is just a terrific drama. It's a story about perseverance, determination, revenge but most of all friendship. Frank Darabont wrote the screenplay but it's based off of a short story written by Stephen King. I highly recommend it.

You're just like my brothers! Lol. I know the movies were greatly made, but the problem is that I don't really like Sci-Fi. :( There's something that makes me can't follow the plot. And though I compliment it as it is really cool, but I don't think it's logical. :) Well, that's my own opinion though. I'm sure you and my brothers will work together to shoot me. Heheheheh...

Hi both of you. :) I've never watched Toy Story. :( Is it really good? I actually enjoy animation too, but I don't why I'm not interested in it yet. Well, I think I'm going to start watching. :) Johny English is silly, everytime I watch it, I only think like "oh come on, how can he become an agent? he's so stupid!" and something like that. Lol. I laugh, but shaking my head a lot too. :D I also enjoy Rush Hour because I love Jackie! ;) And I agree with don't watch movie too much as the fact is that I even hard finding a perfect time to sit back, relax, and just watch. :(

My favorite movie is, "V for Vendetta." I like that it's a conspiracy theorist movie with a twist of vengeance. He's a vigilante. I love that the people come together and form the revolution. I also love that it's happening in real life now here in America. I'm so excited to see what the future has to hold. My other favorite movie is called, "Shooter." Another conspiracy movie. I'm a sucker for conspiracies. ;)

I also love "Shooter"! ;) I like it so much; the intrigue, the strategies, the revenge. But I haven't watched "V for Vendetta" as I think it's a heavy one. :O It's so dark and gloomy, I think. I mean it's so political movie. :D I'm afraid I can't follow. O:)
