WOW Phamacies now have security with guns.....

I have just seen this report on the local news..what a world we live in... Its not like the pharmacies are not expensive enough, they now are hiring security with guns to guard the entrance doors...WOW.. and guess who will be paying for that... I am sure we will one way or the other...Its already a delemma for some, weather to get their meds or buy food..what are we going to do??... In some supermarkets you now have to show identification to even purchase some over the counter, what the heck??? Who are you feeling about this???

Wow, I didn't hear about this. I'm sure they are doing this to prevent crimes and try to keep customers safe but maybe it's getting out of hand now. Whats is the big deal in grocery stores for over the counter stuff? I'm not understanding this either.

yes NailTech, it was a shocking report..It may seem like getting out of hands to some, but for the families of those workers killed while the pharmacy was robbed people who an addict who wanted pills, I beg to differ... You may not be aware of this happening but it has happened many times with deaths... Now the supermarket deal is, I think its to deter teenager but cough syrup and that sort of meds for reasons other than what they are intended to be for...They have some how figured out how they can use them to get high... Go figure!!!!!
