I listen to everything from classical to rock. My favorite is latin jazz. I grew up listening to a lot of different things so the influence has carried over to me now later in life.

ya i can understand you seem to more idea on chinese philosophy of ying and yang. classical music like karnatic in south india is rythmic enough to give peace for meditations.

To my undertanding human psycology, Rock music is provided for soldiers to keep their spririts up and active :-) Classical music is given to heal our mind (probably) after the rock effect what do u say.
