Jillsclickcorner has cancel my account

Well ! Today when i login to Ptc site they site send me the page under ticket and whenever i clicks other option like paid to clicks or any other they didnot goes on that page and again bring the ticket page, so than i submit the ticket and they reply me "Your account has been canceled because of multiple cheating: you used wrong account info and a Satellite Provider."
I didnot know why this is happen as if i have submit wrong account info than they didnot not send me 3 payment and second they say use satellite provider well i have use my laptop to login in site with 2 internet service provider..
So is their any way to reopen my account or i have to create a new account once again, or they allow to create to open a new account. Kindly Guide me..

Don't worry, this happened to me three times. And all the three times I got my account back when I contacted the admin. Just submit a ticket.
I think their IP database is little different (may be little outdated). Sometimes their system wrongly identifies our IP address to be from another country. The system automatically blocks our account on detection of change in the country.
You will get your account back, if you provide valid reasons. Don't worry.

I think their system has zero tolerance for anykind of cheating. But systems don't always become accurate. So better submit again a ticket for them to find out that it was a mistake.. haven;t experienced this thing since I am not a member of this site. But since some mylot are using this site, I could say that it's reliable and worth checking.
