Know much more suffering.

At the office, people often ask me "do you know this, the other not?". I usually say 'yes' because I have the desire to learn should know also a little too much. But since then, I usually have a lot of work from graphic design, photography, photo editing, writing e-mail, translate English documents etc. .. I realize that I'm doing a lot of outside expertise and responsibility. I'm tired. So, I began to learn to say "No" when someone asks "Do you know ....". Know much more suffering. Right?

I know exactly where you are coming from. I have the same desire to learn as much as possible. I don't when to say, no either. I've been in situation when saying, No!" would've been the best option. I got stuck doing a job I didn't really care for. I was really good at it and getting moved to different job was not longer an option. Best Wishes!

You mean that you moved that company because you don't care to the job? But I like my present job, I don't want to move here. So, I try to solve my problem. If I can't, I think I will move, too.

at some point people forget their own responsibility when your always there for them and at some point they won't do it at all just because they knew there's someone else to do their job, i'm happy that finally you learn to say no for yourself to prioritize your own work and for them to learn what they don't know and then eventually do it by themselves since it's their work they should know it because the company pays them for what they know and for their own work done by themself

That's right. they should know what you said. Before, I sometimes feel that I was too gentle and bullied by others.

Yes, it sure pays off to know when to say "No" because a lot of people will think that you'll be able to help them anytime they needed you. Sometimes you need to back off and rest for a while.

Right. I know that. So, I'm trying to learn how to say "No". It makes me feel more comfortable.
