Fitness Tips Please...?

So I do three [one and a half hour] dance classes per week, which are in the medium-high exercise range, I do two four hour classes which are more skill based, so low exercise, and I do 2 hours of swimming per week along with doing 120 sit ups a day. (At the moment). What effect do you think this will have?

The dancing, swimming and sit ups will improve your fitness, increase you energy levels, make you lose some weight and are healthy life choices for you. I go to a dance session twice a week. So I have two hours of dancing a week. It is party like Latin American dancing called Zumba. I go to the spa to have a jacuzzi, go to the steam room and have a swim in the pool. I like to do lots of walking. I ought to take up cycling again.
