Second consecutive nerve breaking tight match in cricket triseries in Australia. This time the match went in favour of India against Australia. Needing 13 runs to win in last over, Indian captain Dhoni hit a huge six of the third ball and brought the target within reach in laqst three balls. Clint McKay, the most successful Australian bowlers today, made things easy by bowling one above waist high giving India three runs. Dhoni clipped next ball to midwicket and ran required 3 runs snatching the victory from the jaws of defeat. Indian top order batsmen, Virat kohli and Rohit Sharma, both getting good start, made things difficult for themselves by hitting irresponsible shots and getting out when things looked easy for India. All's well which ends well. A sweet victory for India.

yeah...it is an another thriller in this series. The indian bowlers bowl really well. They restrict australian batsman to score high score and their fielding is also best help them to win the match.

Indian bowlers are really bowling well. They did a good job in restricting Australia to 269. At one stage it looked Australia would cross 300 our spinners pulled them back magnificently.

Yes kasiviswanathan, at last Indian team managed to beat full fledged Aussie side after humiliation in test series and first match of the O.D.I. series. The fingers were crossed until the last over. Dhoni did a great job in snatching the victory from the jaws of defeat.

This match should have easily won,but what we saw was rash shots being played by Rohit and Virat, which can be called over-attacking, and then over-defensive tactics by Dhoni to play so many dot balls,he played atleast 30 dot balls which could have been resulted into risk free singles if Dhoni wanted.Sorry for being critical though, overall it was indeed a sweet victory since beating Aus in ODIs anywhere is simply great.

Thank you raffay and welcome to mylot family of cricket lovers. I hope you will enjoy your cricket here. I hope so, Indian players have learnt from their mistakes and keep winning from here on at least that will save some prestige lost in test series.
