hi there mylotters. Many of my friends said that i'm not fat but chubby. hhehehehe but i know im fat. Just happen that i have height and got some curves so i dont look like a a straight fat body woman. Or others call it "drum" figure. Now that i'm in vacation for 1month i have many times now to sleep, rest to watch tv and ofcourse to eat. And now I'm started to get worried bout my weight but I love to eat because i have many times now to cook for my self. Do you also find your self fat even other say no. Do you also love to eat then after that you will feel sorry because you are worried to your weight? Have a good day. Novelcai

First, you only call yourself fat based on your BMI and since I do not know your BMI, then I would not call your fat. Thanks God because of your curvy figure. Since you are spending most of your time been not so active, one thing that works well is snacking on food that has low calories like fruits or juices and avoid having too much of those snacks that are rich in calories.

Hi there Mashnn, I dont even know my BMI and i dont even know what BMI is . :) My height is 5'4 and my weight is 73!!!!! this is not right! lol!!! And i know being inactive now makes me gain more pounds!! I love cooking but because im alone the easiest way to get foods is buying from foodchain! which is we all know that is not healthy compare if we cook food at home. Have a nice day :) novelcai

BMI means Body Mass index. It is calculated by height in m2 divided by weight in kg With your height, I can tell you that you are abit overweight. Try to substitute junk food with cooking health food and do some simple exercises like walking and you will start finding changes in your weight.

If u love to eat,try to eat food with low colesterol.I love eat soo much,But i eat food low colesterol.For example i eat more veetables,but many people didnt like eat vegetables.I didnt eat fried food,i try to eat Boiled food.6 months ago my heavy is 65 kgs.I didnt eat fried food,now my heavy be 52 kgs.Its normal for woman.U can try to drink some juice from alvocado,banana,or apple.Eat yogurt its good for ur diet program.good luck.

Big problem is that most of the dishes that I cook need frying and deep frying no less which makes the dishes very unhealthy to eat. If I were to use other more healthy methods of cooking like broiling, grilling etc, nobody in my family will eat.

Novelcai..i will wish for u,u can have weight like mine.IF we slim we look nice to wear whatever dress.Try it. Uminoor,When i eat that food.I madei it by myself and all of my family eat other food.So i have special food only for me.

I think I'm like you. I'm tall; well a little over the average height of women where I live so people always tell me that I don't look fat. As such, I'm becoming complacent about what I eat and I'm just too lazy to exercise. But I know, looking at the scale, I'm piling up the weight. I have to do something. I love to eat too just like you. I think we need to change our eating habit and if we need to eat, eat only healthy food that is low in calories and I need to get off my butt and exercise!

Hi Uminoor, hahaha... comparing my weight to my height its really not good for now. And i can see now some excess fats on my belly which is not sooooooooooo good! yes we both need to change our eating habbit even we love to eattttt. Good luck for both of us..! you want to loose weight? may be you can try my way. I can eat much and still stay slim. My friend asked me how I stay this slim without stopping my snacks? Hehe my secret is I eat lot of vegetables, or any food that consist of fibre. I never miss to have vegetables at least once in 1 day. Foods with fibre can help our body metabolism to be more active so there will no chance to keep the food nutrient to become fat. I prove it! well my problem only i have little fat on my belly cos Im easy to feel sleepy and then taking nap after having meal. But Im still slim y'll hehe

My dear, if you think you are fat and really want to loose weight, All you got to do is to eat less of cholesterol,try and reduce the quantity of your meal and do more of exercise.

yes i really really need to reduce the amount of food that im taking. And wacth out those foods with high in cholesterol. I also love sweets.. mmmWhy people very easy gain weight but its very hard to reduce...lol

Also, not just the cholesterol, but you have to watch your calorie intake. Sweets? according to what I've read, you must refrain from eating sugars/sweets rather than fats because sugar can be easily digest. Fats, indeed are essential to our body but in moderation. Exercise is also essential to our body. This will not only burn calories but also helps us to speed-up our metabolism. People easily gain weight because they love to eat and they love the taste of food but they are less of consuming the calories taken.

If your friends are telling you that you are not fat, but everytime you see yourself in the mirror fat and you feel guilty after you eat, you might be an anorexic S/sx: - Feeling guilty after eating - Seeing yourself in a mirror fat even if you are not - an intense fear of gaining weight - gym addict lol

hi there hunibani:) anorexic is also a condition of a person suffering from anorexia nervosa. To simplify the meaning its a condition for "thin people" but still look their self fat or very afraid on gaining weight. I think an anorexic person doesn't eat but our friend here, like me loves to eat so I don't think it's the problem of being anorexic. I think we need to choose healthier food as well as controlling our food portions and most importantly EXERCISE!!

Eating her favorite! - But it is too much sweet!
Well that has always been the case. Many people want to lose weight by they don't wanna stop eating more than what they need. Indeed even if one does not have weight issue, it is always like a crime to overeat any food. I myself fall into this temptation. I've always been watchful about what I eat and how much would I eat but when it comes to chocolates I really can't apply this rule. So to avoid this, I don't buy chocolates but the problem sometimes is I have some generous friends who keep giving me chocolates.

I am like you before I got a lot of problems. I am chubby but I am not insecured, maybe that's why I don't feel the need to exercise or to have a diet. After facing a lot of problems, my weight drops dramatically and people are asking if I have an illness. Actually none but there are changes in my life that I maintained my low weight. I cannot sleep well and I continue walking every lunchbreak. But I eat a lot... People are saying that I look better when I am still fat. They think I should eat more but worrying keeps my weight down even if I eat a lot.

Don't worry if you got the "drum" look or what ever. I like women with curves anorexia is disgusting it'll like a walking skeleton :o But, if you are worried about your weight, eat barley soup and stuff, my parents are also trying to lose weight and they told me that barley fills you up fast so you don't have the need to eat after... another thing I heard is hot and spicy stuff. It raises your metabolism so you will burn the calories faster or something like that :) Good luck and have a good day too Novelcai :)

The best thing you should do is to have a balance diet. If you are too worried with your weight then don't eat too much. Have a good exercise everyday and drink coffee every after meal. They say it could burns the calories so it helps to keep your body healthy.

There is an easy way to get thin fast. It actually takes less than a week and you can lose a couple of kilograms. All the food you eat is healthy, the only problem is that we eat too much of it. Even stuff that say they're healthy are indeed healthy, we just take too much of it and then, it adds up, which is not good for your figure. Everytime you feel hungry, think about it and ask yourself whether it's really required or just drink water to satisfy you. If you can't control yourself, nibble on something not too unhealthy and take very little of it. I myself love food and I'm beginning to get a little fat too. But it's as easy to lose the extra weight you gain as it is to gain the same amount of weight. So, the most important thing is to get the mental courage to start plans to get thin.

I love to eat also, but now since I am one of the participant in our company's biggest looser, I just switched my foods to a healthier one and take exercise to shed off extra pounds. Eating could not be the main source of getting fat. Over-eating mght be the right term. I read an article about weight loss. It says that you can eat as much as you can but still loose weight. How? Just pick the right food, take a lot of fiber, have enough sleep, etc., etc. They was even dicourages someone planning to skip meals just to loose extra pounds, hence this will make you gain weight. Dearmy lotter,u must not eat always.Having a diet will help u to become thin.If u really want to loose weight, u should follow diet procedure ,and u will be thin.Mark my words...It is not easy to do it since u are used to eat always ,but bear in ur mind that u are in ur way of dieting, so u must not eat much. ok?
