numbers of temperature doesn't mean the real temperature you feel~~

i'm not sure you have the same feeling as me.i mean the weather reports said today's 3~10 celsius with a little rain in my area, but i do feel the cold cling to my skin,wet and cold~ several days ago, the temperature is 1~5 celsius with sun and a little wind,and i went out. but i feel warmer... have you ever had this feeling?

Here it is 40 C now, soon it will go up to 58C, yes air con is set at 18C but temp in my room is 32 C, so numbers doesn't mean the real temp lol Have a nice day ahead. Professor ‘@Bhuwan@’. .

I have felt like that sometimes, I think it is because bodies react differently to different changes or sometimes it would be just a medical condition that affects the way your body regulate temperature changes.
