Foods and beverages that make your weight drops quickly. At breakfast if I could choose a high fiber diet plus drinks orange juice.If you like drinking tea, mild green tea every day can help you burn about 70 calories more a day. Drink plenty of water. Eat slowly way. Use a smaller plate. Limit carbohydrates. How about you my friend, how do you lose weight? Others made it through exercise.

hahahaha...yeah..i also agree with that..every time that i am being involve in a problem and feel so stress i feel that i easily lose weight because i don't have energy for eating. I only put my energy on thinking on how i will resolve my problem. But i think taking a challenge in losing weight with friends can help us to be determinate in losing weight...

I lose weight quickly by skipping my breakfast ha-ha. Not exactly skipping, its just I used to wakeup late already.

Skipping meals is not advised to loose weight,breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it help us to gain more energy to the day. We can loose weight by eating a healthy diet, foods high in fiber for easy digestion, less carbohydrates & less calories & less fatty foods.

Thanks for ur info friends.To lose weight i eat only boiled food.But if i cook that no one people in my house want to eat it.Long time my weight is 65 kgs.But now be 52 kgs.I always eat boiled food with rice but low carbohydrates.I only ride my bicycle, for me thats cheap exercise.

I lose weight via exercising and eating right. Due to the nature of my work, it's difficult for me to follow a proper eating habit and schedule, as such i do 6-7 small meals throughout the song. In that way, i'm always replenishing with what i need, yet not over eating. It'a good way for me since it allows me to have flexible eating hours, no matter how late it is, i won't be able to store them as fats even if i didn't managed to burn them off. Of course together with exercising, it's a good way of keeping myself in shape, for it boost my mood for the day too.

I always take tea that make my stomach always feel full and it really help me to lose weight. I combine it with exercise. I continue that foe almost 2 weeks and i lose 11 founds in just 2 weeks. I take 2 to 3 hours of exercise. My daily exercise is dancing and dancing is really fast burner. You can also try it if you want to lose weight quickly. Jogging every morning is also a good exercise for losing weight.

To lose weight quickly is difficult, one not only need to eat less but also exercise vigorously. Limit the intake of carbohydrate and sugar, fat; calories, and protein every day until you reach the desire weight. It is just tough. [

We cannot only rely on foods we eat to loose weight quickly. It is on how much determination we are willing to put for this to work. It is important that we love what we are doing & we knows the benefit of it.

It isn't too difficult for me to lose weight. I started a whole new diet program and it is working good. What I do is eat less sugary foods, eat lots of fruits for lunch, cut off cheese and fatty foods. Breakfast will be fiber cereals or banana, low fat milk, and diet fruit juice. For dinner I often have brown rice, dal/split pea soup, cut out pork and eat mainly fish. I exercise by jogging, bicycle, pump some weights, aerobics. Every once in awhile I will have a snack of no sugar sweets, and diet soft drink.

Thanks for the info and tips. I plan to lose 6kg of weight in 4 weeks. Currently I am trying with diet and exercise control. I jog (30 minutes), carry some weight (30 minutes) and sauna (30 minutes) for 3 to 4 times a week, this can burn off about 1000 kcal. Then I eat breakfast before 12pm and late lunch (perhaps dinner) at 6pm. Sometime I tried to have only one meal a day but I know that's too much and unhealthy.
