Annoying Stray Cats.. Irresponsible Owner

My favorite pet is cat.She might not be smart but she's compassionate one. There's no need for me to say a word when I'm sad or happy. She always makes me smile after a cloudy day. But stray cats annoyed me, our neighbors didn't care if their cats destructed other things. I didn't want to hurt them but I have caught these cats eating my foods on the table. I was just 2 minutes away because I was attending someone's call.. I was really mad and crazy after what happened. Very bad \! :(

Don't know why it is hard for me leave a comment on your disc Hopefully this time it will appear here... Okay so again after typing several times this is my answer... I was at a friend's house before, and her cat ate one whole fish we fried. Good thing we made 3. I cannot really blame them, it was me and friend's fault for not looking after the foods we prepared.

:) Maybe because many of us set our minds and have accepted how cats behave. That even how angry we are we couldn't do nothing but think "it's just an animal".

Yep sometimes we still think they're funny and cute no matter how bad their acts are.

the family felicidae is one of the family's favorite. we have four stay-in cats and one newborn. they're named Dagul(the bully but kind fellow), Karen (the cuddly mother), Karenina (the new mother), Tomas (the suplado), and last but not least is Bali. we had had a lot of bad experiences from neighbors' cats. there are even worse experiences.

Cute! My cat is a male and I don't allow him to mate. SO he's the only cat we have at home. His name is Steven.

There is also a stray cat in our neighborhood. It used to poop on our lawn. I was told that it does not like the smell of orange peels. So I scattered some orange peels on the area it usually does the deed. I have not seen it for a while. Maybe because it is winter or perhaps its owner found it. I hope for the latter.

Woah! Thank you for sharing that idea. But in our neighborhood cats fear nothing. Even other neighbors inflict pain cats always come to mess up in their house.

Hi baby.. Whether its stray or pet, it is cat's instinct to steal food and jump on it whenever they get the chance. I had a pet cat, at first he tried to do that but later he was trained. He even did not permit any outdoor cats to enter in my home. have a nice time.

Training our pet is very essential so that we owners won't be bothered with their unpleasant behavior. And won't make the neighborhood unhappy. Responsibility is the call.

Are these stray cats or your neighbour's pets? Stray cats have no owner, so your comment is a bit confusing.

I'm sorry if I made confusing discussions out here. Let me clear it, neighbor's cats seems like stray cats because they were not taken care of. They were not fed, bathed or checked. So they eventually considered stay cats. And they messed everywhere.

I hate when people do not take care of their pets. I have adopted a stray that was born this summer, because of other people's irresponsibility. People think it is ok for cats to roam around free, but they can cause, and get into, all sorts of trouble. They can be hurt outside from other animals and humans alike. They can be hit by cars, poisoned, hurt themselves jumping a fence, etc. People that let their cats roam free drive me nuts. They also have taken a liking to my home, and when I found kittens I fed them. The little ones I could sort of train not to go to the bathroom in the grass or in the garden, but they sometimes would not listen. The other cats do what they want when they want. I grow food, so I do not want to end up with cat spray or other things on my plants. I wish people would be more responsible with their pets and keep them indoors out of harms way and away from causing harm to the neighbors.

Well people who keep cats indoors for no good reason drive me nuts! I consider myself a very responsible cat owner and I let my cats outside because they like to be out there. They spend a lot of time in our garden but they do go elsewhere as well. I will not confine them to inside the house as I do not live in a dangerous area so I think it would be cruel.

Are they stray cats or the neighbors cats? We have indoor and outdoor cats. The outdoor cat's unless caged will go where they want to. I don't think it is anyone's irrispnsibility unless they are not fed. I know our cats like to sit on our neighbors porch rather than our own sometimes...but they don't steal food or anything...Mostly they just watch and try to catch birds that are at the feeders. I would be a bit unhappy if a cat stole my food too though...lol

I referred them as ONE, simply because they behave like stray. Training or disciplinary actions should be imposed. It's good that your cat only sits on neighbor's porch but what if on couch , or worst after trespassing it poops on the neighbor's floor. It's really disgusting..
