Again, a study of the value of a smile, this is directly connected to your brain and sets you up for feeling good. This has been proven again and again so why not rise in the morning, sit still for a few seconds and smile. Start your days this way and watch everything become just a little bit easier. Blessings

Well, I certainly think it would be a good thing if I was able to smile first thing when I woke up in the morning, but that is something that I am generally not able to do. However, it isn't long after I get out of bed that I'm able to find something to smile about and I do see that I tend to be in a much better mood on the days that I'm able to find something to smile about shortly after I wake up than on the days that I have a hard time finding something to smile about.

There is this quote that I had once read ans which is very true. "The world is like a mirror; frown at it, and it frowns at you. Smile and it smiles, too” A smile makes us feel good and positive towards everything.

I have noticed that even on the worst days that if I can get that first smile out...the rest seem to come easier.

I can feel the magic of smile.Only a smile could bring you warmness and can make even strangers feel more close. So my parents always told me to be kind to anyone and let other people feel your inner beauty. Therefore, you are right and the world needs more smile.
