there is no faster way in everything that you do,it takes a lot of hard work, discipline and determination especially on loosing weight.in order to loose weight you must first set your goals and how much time do you want to achieve it.make a list of whatever things that you want, by there you will know what to prioritize. loosing weight requires healthy food intake, omitting unnecessary vices and lastly exercise.

exercise, avoid HFC's, no processed foods, and reduce the amount of carbs you eat. In combination you can be successful however, this will be a lifestyle to keep the weight you loose off. That's the hard part people meet their goals and then go back to old habits.

The faster weight is exercise, lessen food intake, eat low carb food,oil and fat free food. I am on my lose weight journey to and I am not rushing my self to lose weight coz I know it will take lot of time and patience. I am starting to walk or jog and zumba. A lot of people around me make the mistake of only drinking fruit juices from the supermarket because they say that because it's fruit it must be healthy. What they forget is that most of the time a lot of sugar is added on top of the natural sugars that fruit contains. So drink water and tea ( without sugar/milk) instead of fruity juices containing heaps of sugar.

Well,i think you should really exercise often and always eating a healthy diet. Do not eat too much spicy or greasy food. That's really important and which also you should work hard on it.LOL,only with enough confidence can you achieve your goal.Have a nice day and hopefully this will help.

hi friend! i can relate to your concern right now... actually, for the past years, I have been gaining a lot of weight.. i've tried going to gym but when i stopped i begin to gain more... i've tried yoga and dancing sessions after work and it did made some improvement.. but I stopped after months of joining due to my hectic schedule... one month ago, somebody introduced me a meal replacement (a nutritional shake)... i am making improvement and I feel kinda light compared to the previous months/years.. What i usually take along with the said replacement is fruits.. during snack time, I have wheat bread for a change... for you, i suggest that you may join yoga and/or dancing sessions.. or you may try joining running clubs...ü

I can easily gain weight so i also trying dancing or jogging because i think those are the easiest way to lose weight. I also try not to eat at night because eating at night can make me gain weight for the next day. My mom said walking at least 1km every morning is also a good exercise and i really help to burn fats in our body. I also take a coffee that help me to lose my interest in eating food because i always feel glutted.
