I drink occasionally

The last that I could think of before the New Year 2012 starts is on the year 2010. It was the last time I had alcohol. And during those times I only drink occasionally. I actually thought of really quitting it because alcoholic drinks don’t really taste nice, right? I don’t know about men who really drools on alcohols, my younger bro included. But I noticed since January this year, I have been invited several times by a friend and a bestfriend to drink – either at home or at a bar. And when I went on vacation on a friend’s house. I know for some it’s a daily thing for them to drink. Would you believe my grandma drinks almost every night? And she says it’s like her sleeping pill. She has to drink at least one bottle of beer to sleep. Tonight, my bestfriend messaged me again to meet them after work so we can drink a bottle or two. Can’t say No as one of our friend/colleague already messaged me about it the other week coz she says she missed our company. So I'm gonna missed out on myLot again tonight. Do you drink like my grandma Or do you drink like me?

hello en I know you've read one of my article/s about drunkards. I guess your grandma is still a moderate drinker compared to my father :p (hehehe) I don't drink alc*hol,whether occasional or just for fun. Maybe once in a bluemoon but very selected drink and not more than 5% alc*ohol content. My friends drink occasionally and while they are enjoying tonic drinks,I am enjoying coffee (I am a certified coffee addict) :p How about a coffee drinking session

en, I prefer brewed,no cream, no sugar if available. My son just brought some from Baguio last week. I have tasted it the new kopiko. I like Maxwell- but the brand is not available at all groceries store. Forget Starbucks- we're just paying the name, it's too costly (hehehe) Unless I got complimentary stub from my previous company

At my childhood days itself my parents had taught me some simple and humble lessons and these lessons include, NOT TO DRINK ALCHOL OR NOT TO SMOKE ANY THINGS. This are the some of the promises which i had given to my lovely parents and i do not love to cheat them and break the promises which i had given to them. I have many friends who smokes and drinks. I love them i have a good relation with them. Friendship cannot be broken on such simple reasons. I had got a lot of oppurnities to such habits but the promises make me mum. I AM CONSTANT AT WHAT I AM Many surveys and studies has proved that too much alchol kills you and why should i kill myself by paying money for it

I dont drink all that much. I get drunk once a year at my father in laws annual party. That it. Other then that I drink a little bit and maybe sometimes catch a very light buzz but thats it usually not even a buzz. Last niht a guy came over and we watched a movie and drank long island iced tea. Its so yummy. I have a little headache this morning even though I didnt drink that much or get drunk.

I also don't know what it made people to love drinking it like water... Even when all this drink can give is headache, and made you vomit - then people still love to drink. I had that long gap when I experienced puking and hang over! I hate the feeling.

You've got a point... But maybe if one drinks so much. Some can just drink a barrel and just be normal. The weak me can't. I've got headache last night

Hello enelym001, I do drink occassionaly when i am with my friends and you know my wife does not like it.I always get success in hiding from her when i am drunk now imagine how much i drink.I have seen lot of people who fight with others when they are drunk as they forget their limit and go over the limit.I never drive after i am drunk as thats the only thing which i still remember even if i loose control when i am drunk over my limit.

Hello sjvg, Better not to hide it from your wife friend. I am sure you can drink moderately and drink at home. Ladies don't like their men hiding something from them especially if these are the things they don't like for you to do. You just have to tell her that you would drink one or two bottle and if possible at home only. Well yeah I have seen from our neighbors people get drunk and later get themselves into a fight. They must know how to drink and where to put the alochol, not on their heads. If they can't, they should not try drinking again.

Drinking is just a pleasure, but not to much. Over drinking makes you drunkard, and it is the sick of our head. In our country sometimes you can see the whole night they are drinking and sometimes it is the cause of quarrel even though they are good friends. If you drink, just drink moderately.

Hello shibham, Yes I have enjoyed it. Seeing my friends and old colleague. Taking a break from myLot to see colleagues that I haven't seen for 2 years and who knows when I will them again... except for my bestfriend whom I will see most of the time.

I would love to visit such kind of bar, but I guess I will not spend much time standing there all night. I will just a bottle or two, and after consuming them, I will move on to the next bar.

Hi Jlyn, Me too, I drink when someone invited me. The problem is my friends invited me already several times this year. Well I do enjoy water too, but not tea, it's not really that good for my system.

Drinking occasionally is not bad at all. Specially if you drink with friends that you can trust and a bottle or two is not also bad. Its just drinking while catching up with a friend. I think I just drink lesser than you. hahahaha...

LoL! So that's how you define the word 'Occasionally' Means there isn't any occasion at all? Well we can just say.... weekends is already considered an occasion.
