I availed the free (but not really free because it was included in our fees) dental services in the school last Saturday with my classmate. I never expected it to happen. I was only 18 years old I had my last cleaning of my teeth. Now I am 20. While having an oral prophylaxis, the dentist told me I need to have a teeth filling in my front teeth. I guess I will be going back to the clinic again for it. Have you also had an oral prophylaxis? How often? Have a good day mylotters!

haha, the last time i visited a dentist was in high school. Since then, i have not seen any and it's more than 14 years now.. haha Actually i'm afraid to see a dentist now because i know i need a lot of repairs needed for my teeth. Though they have not done any damage yet, but i do know from my eating habits and all.. lol =D I guess i will wait for the day when all my teeth decays, and i will get a brand new set of fake ones.. lol

I am shocked. I guess that is just how it is. I would recommend that you try visiting a dentist this time of the year. I know it is not a bad idea and I guess it is time already after 14 years. Isn't it? Good luck to you and I hope your teeth are in good condition.

It's a shame I haven't done so for a long year until last month. It was 2010 when I went to the dentist for tooth filling and I asked her if she can clean my teeth as well. But I was surprised she said I still don't need it as my teeth is still clean. But actually I haven't done for a very very very long time. So when I went there again to have my teeth checked as there was some part that was aching. She cleaned if finally and another tooth filling.

I have one each year although my dentist told me to have it at least twice. But my dentist always get frustrated since each time I have my teeth checked and cleaned, he sees nicotine stains always. I smoke and it does really stain your teeth. But I do love the feeling coming out of the dental clinic with freshly cleaned teeth :)

We sometimes feel lazy to go to a dentist to have our teeth cleaned. If you are into smoking then for sure your dentist will really complain about your teeth. Don't you have a plan of quitting smoking? I guess it is the right thing to do since smoking is bad to our health. Anyway, it is your choice. Indeed we have a nice feeling every after we have already cleaned our teeth.
