Could less equal more??...

I have been giving this a thought the last couple days. I am overwhelmed with trying to fit in my computer time .... which is almost impossible now a days....trying to keep up on the house and all the projects we have going on around here. I also added couponing to my days so that I can get more for less and build up a stock of things so that when we use up something I am not running out of the house that day to replace something or just plain old going without. Then there is always the important time with family....which of course is why I want to be a work at home mom...not just a stay at home mom...or get a job outside the house and then I wouldnt be with my kids or have the bonding time I have with them now. So, this has been on my mind the last week. I have signed up with a ton of sites over the years and as I get to payout....I tend to slack with them because of the time it took me to get to payout because I spend little time here and there. My gpt sites seem to produce nothing lately....as though offers have just stopped crediting for me.....so now I feel why bother, when I could be working on another site that will get me something in that time since my computer time is so limited now a days. So I have come up with this solution for me.....less will equal more in the long run. If I narrow my sites down to 4 sites...focus on those 4 sites on a daily basis then I will earn more on those sites and it will take me less time to make payout and I will make earn more in the long run. I am going to try this and see what I earn for the rest of February and all of March and see how much farther ahead I am. So what do you think, does this make sense?? Have you tried something like this before and was it successful?

I have my ones that do the best for me and only take minutes to do on a list that comes up right away, that way I can get them finished quickly and remember to do them. The survey sites, I have some I concentrate on more than others, but I don't totally do away with the rest. Going down to 4 sites sounds like dwindling down a lot of them, but good luck.

My time online is so limited lately... and I was just thinking that if I had 4 sites that actually pay then I would could focus on them and possibly make more in the long run since I have several sites and I am not getting paid at all right now. Due to lack of time online and my gpt site isnt crediting me at all, I can spend an hour doing offers and get nothing -- that is just frustrating. Its just depressing taking me 2 to 3 months to get to payout at half my sites so I figure if I spend more time on one....maybe I will make payout every month. thanks for the response and have a great day!! Happy mylotting. :)

hi bookreadermon I think that your plan is a good one. I have been going back to bed in the mornings as our room is unmbearably cold and oddly I am still making about the same earning on mylot as I did working all day. sometimes cutting down makes what you\do do more productive. I a m so disappointed that mysurvey.com lately has given me nothing but problems. up til this month I was making a solid ten dollars each mo nth to add to my mylot earnings.so now I need to find another good survey that will pay me always and qualify me always.

Hi ladies, I have just stumbled across this option of earning money. I was wondering if you could give me some details as to where you guys write, what things pay, etc. Anything would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Angel

thanks Hatley, now just to find the time online and to narrow down the 4 sites... like I know mylot is going to be one of them that I focus on more, I am not going to count my email sites since those I do once a week, and I wont count my search engine sites either since I use those just to search the net... but if I focus on just a couple sites I will get more productive work on them and hopefully cash out every month....which would help out so much!!! :) thanks for the response and have a great day!! happy Mylotting. :) RenaiR14....there are many ways to earn online, I would look up things here at mylot --people give out really good information and check peoples profiles, they put links in there to sign up to sites they have been paid from. that is how I got started. :)

Absolutely! I think this is a great plan. I had the same dillemma probably about a year ago where I was all over the web on tons and tons of different sites, so many that I couldn't even keep TRACK of them all let alone make payout at each and every one of them. So I pretty much started closing down most of the accounts that I hadn't earned anything on, and focusing on just a few. Now I don't really do the online thing just because I am too lazy and too impatient to do GPT offers (which, like you mentioned, can be a total waste of time, at times), and stick to MyLot. Of course I do have some money at various survey sites and GPT sites, I just need to make more of it so I can cash out & close down the accounts (Because I probably won't use them again). I typically only use MyLot and Treasure Trooper. And Swagbucks. And Valued OPinions. But mostly just MyLot. What are the sites you've had your best luck with? Anyway, I definitely agree that less is more. MORE = more overwhelming. Plus, more work it seems like. Of course the only time I would think of to go on MORE sites is when you tend to make over $600 a month on ONE site in a year (because after that you have to claim taxes - in the U.S. at least). Since most of don't, it's not generally something we are to be concerned about. Good luck with everything!

thanks for the response. I use Swagbucks, Mylot, Fairy Tale Treasures, and now I am trying to build up my blog that i have neglected over the years..... I have a few paid emails that I do as well but those take a while to build up my points/earnings but I will stick with those because I get paid at least once a year with those and they don't take up too much of my time since I do them once a week...like mypoints, inbox dollars. I have added superpoints as well but I only do the lucky button there and dont do the offers or anything...it will be a slow earner as well but I am just trying them out. Have a great day and Happy Mylotting. :)
