I just learned that i am already over weight by 5 kg. I was thinking i could easily lose weight by controlling my food intake, exercising and taking slimming pills. However, for almost a month now there was no changes at all. I never even experience any effects of the slimming tablet like LBM and others. What's wrong with me? What else could i do to achieve my goal? I am so frustrated.

Discipline is the answer. Yes, you follow everything in slimming methods but you lack discipline. Aren't you?

I understand that can be frustrating.. For sure. I would also ditch the supplements. Take a multi-vitamin instead. 'Diet pills' don't usually work. I think what you should do is try to amp up your exercising. Try exercising at least half an hour of cardio 4 times a week. Try something a little more challenging like bicycling or running (a lot of people consider 'walking' cardio exercise, but if it doesn't get your heart pumping, it doesn't do ALL that much good - although it is better than nothing of course). You can also cut out pop and start drinking like 3 liters of water a day. Even diet soda isn't all that great for you. Water makes you feel more full & speeds up your metabolism, which are both good things. Also, you maybe could re-evaluate your eating. Maybe make a food chart or something. Try to get plenty of veggies and lean meat (if you eat meat). I know it's a frustrating position to be in... Just keep at it, and don't let the number on the scale get you down. Best of luck to you!

It is not so much the food intake quantity as it is the type of foods. Also, make sure to drink tons of water, and limit your salt.

I think you should wait, keep doing what you do and see if there is some change later. If you exercise, you have been probably building up some muscle. Muscles weight more than fat, so it's possible that you already lost fat, but your weight is the same. Maybe you can do some healthy dietary changes, but don't get discouraged, you will be there.

Slimming pills, or what I call diet pills, is no easy solution for anyone. There have been too many horror stories of people taking them, and I have never used them myself to loose 30-40 pounds at at time. I only watched the portions of my food, and stopped eating so much sugar and fat. Ate more healthy food and excersized for a total of 40 minutes per day. This will work if you have patience, remember the first ten pounds will be water.

I am not so expert in this area of slimming yet I am a vegetarian and consuming lots of vegetables and also eating fruits is my diet everyday.Slimming pills is not in my diet and I do not recommend it for your usage.Do not be frustrated because it just makes you crave to eat more.Try to eat vegetables and fishes in your diet and also eat fruits after every meals cause it could make you lose weight without so much exercises to make you sick of cramps and muscle pains.Enjoy your myLotting.

I do understand with what you mean! I've been over-weight for all my life. As of this moment, I'm in a battle in losing weight. I tried some diet, exercise and calorie counting but there is still no effect, I also resorted in using slimming pills. Yes, it was effective but there will be a rebound effect. Losing weight is not that easy. It will take a lots of time. It is better to lose weight quickly rather than in a faster way. Now that you're over weight try to make it as a goal to lose weight every week. losing weight in a month is not that visible. It will take effect after 2-3 mos.

Don't believe in slimming pills. Try natural ways to lose weight. By the way, what do you usually eat? What is your diet? Also, try drinking eight to ten glasses of water per day to flush out the fats in your body.
