I actually enjoy answering this question when it is put to me by the people who are holding the interview, because it is an amazing chance to be able to show them what you're capable of as a professional. I will always talk about my personality and the fact that I am able to fit easily within a team but I am also capable of leading a team if I should need to for whatever reason. I will always say something about what my teams have said about me in the past, which is useful as the people I have worked for have never had a bad thing to say about me.

So in your case what do you usually answer to them? Please follow the question because of course it is already a given fact that you should be really confident when you were asked about why should the company hire you. My point is how would you justify your answer to them?

I think the best answer for this is the honest answer about your strength and potential which you can offer to the company with regards to their needs, and without the exaggeration. Let them know that you are sincerely willing to and offering this strengths for the betterment of the company.

In an interview for my one year teacher's contract, they did asked me that, I just said "it's because I can do the job". Then they said, "so are others outside. Plus the job is not permanent." Then I said something like "I know I can do the job well. If you meant to implement the not permanent part, so is my current job. I work online, I bid for jobs, they're not permanent." It was lunch hours and I was last on the list. Both sides were hungry so the mood was pretty sour. Good news news was, I got the job (among around 15 others)

if that interviewer ask me that... i'll answer with "how much are you going to pay me?? if it's less than what i'm earning online, then i shouldn't be here" haha. i heard a lot of invitation from my former bosses and directors that they want me back. but i'm loving and earning online. if they pay more, i should consider. ^___^ in an interview, you should have these courage so they can't bully or exploit you. show them you are full of confidence with the way you handle jobs. you should believe in what you can do more for yourself rather than working your a$$ out for you employer.

That is good idea. Well in my case the problem in I have been humble all the time that is the reason why others are abusing it. So now of course I will try myself to prove something to them that they can't just b--ching me.

Hi there Metatronik! If I were asked that question, I would say that they should hire me because I believe in the vision of their company and their prestige, and when I believe in something, I am motivated and driven to do everything that I can to be a part of its success. I do not know if that will work but you just have to mean it when you say it.

Hello Nanay Angel we have the same name. I am Angel as well. I think that one will work as well, you must just have to value the confidence when answering that.

Well, I am incredibly reliable, ask my previous bosses. I am goal-oriented, hard-working, and friendly with customers - also ask my references and they will agree. Plus I would LOVE to be part of your team at [insert company name here]! . So, how did I do?

Wow that is great answer. At least you know how to sell yourself in a company. That is the reason why I've been making script for that in order for me to have a guide when I am applying in company especially in call center.

Its usual question in the interview. The answer will be different according to whether your fresher or exprienced candidate. Before the interview you have to see the profile of the company and decide yourself twhat they are looking for and what that company all about. Prefer in such a mannner and get ready with answer. In general " You have to sell yourself in the market". All the best for your future works. Keep cool. have a nice day !
