Union of two hearts

the engagement feast - this is the feast after the ceremony

This is ‘wedding’ or ‘marriage’ what I believe. On 12th March I will help uniting 2 hearts by performing the marriage at my own expenses, it will be a traditional Hindu marriage, the groom is son of one of our renters, they live in one of my houses since 10years, we are very close, almost one family. The bride is from Bargarh where my daughter lives. I don’t have faith on the so called ‘dating’ or ‘marriage-sites’, many say the data given in the profile is fake, exaggerated. So here is what I did to unite them. Several proposals came for marriage to parents of this boy; they too sent proposals to parents of girls. I asked for birth data, name, and date of birth, place of birth and ‘exact’ time of birth; I had to cast the horoscope and check if they match; checked if the chart has some combinations, which are not good for marriage. Out of 16, I found one as best; the matching was 80%. Next step was we went to the girl’s home, the guy was with us, they saw each other, talked in our presence and next in another room, agreed to be life partner of each other. Next I fixed of date for the engagement ceremony and marriage. In the engagement ceremony one pundit performed puja, announced about the marriage, it was followed by a feast, my wife and daughter were there; see the picture, they are enjoying the feast. We will perform the marriage first at the bride’s residence and next here on 12th March; I will bear expenses of the feast here. Uniting 2 hearts is the best thing one can do, it gives me satisfaction. Have you ever helped in uniting 2 hearts? How you feel? Please comment on this and share your opinion. Thanks in advance. Let’s enjoy life to fullest. Professor ‘*^Bhuwan^*’. . 27/2/2012.

I have never helped in uniting two hearts. i am a very romantic person and so i think i might be good at setting up the surroundings and even the food afterwoard. i was watching Platinum Weddings the other night and I like alot of their ideas. I believe that you need to set the scene as well the hearts. Good luck to you. Hope it all turns out well for your friends.

Hi Professor. You mean the guy and girl just met ONCE and they decide to marry each other? They don't know each other? Do they not marry for love? It just seems odd to me that it seems so backwards. Here two people meet and grow in like with each other, and then grow in love with each other and if they choose to they get married to each other. It's a decision made when the two people decide they want to live together for the rest of their lives. I know one person here in Mylot who had an arranged marriage and she is very unhappy that her husband is only keeping her out of responsibility. He is seeing another woman right under her nose and she can do nothing about it. She would be on the street if she left him or if he divorced her, so she just accepts it and feels bad about it. That's sad to me. I realize cultures are different in different places around the world, and I respect that... it just seems so foreign to me.

Yes. I fully agree with you Professor2010 - uniting 2 hearts is the best thing that anyone can do. It is beautiful. And congratulations for doing this great deed, helping Love along is always such a great and humbling thing. Wow, and sponsoring the wedding, you are very kind. Well, I have attempted to play Cupid a number of times, connecting friends that I suspected may connect - and in fact, one or two did but alas, no marriages. So, I can say that yes, I have tried to assist in the uniting of 2 hearts, but unlike you, I was unsuccessful. Boohoo. There is time, and I will not give up. Here is to enjoying Life to the fullest hey.

I convey my greetings for the efforts. But I have an query. Why you are not asking them to test the Blood for checking the probability of Thalassaemia when only this can stop Thalassaemia?

yes and i use to be very good at it, i use to set people up all the time and most of them are still together after all these years that was in the 80's while in high school, i set several friends up with each other and like i said most are still together to this day, even that many years ago.. wow how great is that to know you had a hand in people who are still in love after all those years, i guess i had a nack for it.. and i guess i got a feel for whom should be with who. and i kinda felt it in my bones, when two people were suposed to be together, right now i have that feeling in my bones, about a good frien dof mine back home and a guy my husbands friend,, but that will not happen even thoguh i know they would really be a good fit, my friend back home is already married so i wont go there.. but if she ever gets a divorce i will sure try and hook her up.. i have had the feelings about thses two people meeting for years.. too bad it will prob never happen...
