GuideShare vs. Traditional on ChaCha

Okay, I am fairly new to ChaCha and I need some advice. I notice that there are two different ways to earn. One being GuideShare where you earn points that are then converted into dollars at the end of the pay period. Second being the traditional way where you earn cents for each question. I would like to know from anyone who used to be a ChaCha guide and those that still currently do guiding for ChaCha. Which way is the better way to earn on ChaCha??? I read you can switch back and forth between both. Is this advisable or should I stick to one or the other? I would appreciate any and all advice!

The best way to answer your question is to take a look at the Earnings and Payments thread in the forum. There is a thread that explains difference. As far as I know earning in points mode will earn you much less than what you will earn in cash mode. The points are converted into cash at a lower rate and I have heard from members it's only worth it if you are going to work a lot to be in the top percentage, I think they get a bonus or something. Also if you are a Vetter you will not earn anything for points. So if you are doing dual roles then it won't be worth switching back and fort.

Thank you for the advice. Unfortunately, after I posted this. I went to the forum on ChaCha and learned that because I am only a Vetter, I can't earn from points. So I am going to stick to the traditional way. Kind of don't have a choice. But I do appreciate you taking the time to answer my discussion.
