Hi,Mylot friends.Yesterday i read an article. It says women who wrote about their most important values , like close relationshipof religion, lost more weight over the next few months than women who didn't. While those who wrote why a value far down they value list might be important to someone else gain weight. And this was proved by some reaseach. My friends, do you believe so?

These days losing weight is more and more popular.People especially women want themselves smarter ,healthier.so they try their best to lose weight, and many researches are being conducted to help women.Maybe some of the researches are of great use while others may not be.People should choose those which are suitable for them.

I agree, there is so much information about weight loss and even more confusing is that some of these information is very un realistic and may have a negative effect on health, it is always better to be careful when choosing the right way to lose weight.

I think there is a truth behind that. Why? Those who wrote about good live value have made a lot of research about it. It than resultant that she will know more about those thing. For example, those who wrote about weight lose will know more about weight lose and it make them aware what to do and practise it. For those who never wrote about those thing will also didn't know much unless she read a lot of book but just opted not to write. For me it is all about knowledge.

Maybe those of us who can write about our deep inner feelings, are healthier than those who cannot get them out either by writing or talking about them. Being able to express what is important for us, probably helps our body to function better and makes the metabolism to clean our body from more waist. When we donĀ“t need to replace the happiness with food when we can express ourselves and feel happy about it.
