Why the figure of the posts revealed in mylot is wrong?

Hi there.These days i find a problem that when i have posted in mylot,the total figure is not raised or after i have posted two or three ,the figure can be raised but is not right.For example,today i open mylot and find the figure of posts i have posted is 100 and then i post another one ,and the figure is still 100.Then i go on post 3 more, this time the figure raises to 102,but the actual figure should be 104.Mylot friends,have you encountered this,if so what do you do ?

Your User Rating is NOT a post count. It (roughly) indicates how many discussions you have been involved in, either by starting them or by responding to or commenting in them. Of course, if a discussion you were involved in (either one you started or one you responded to) is deleted, your User Rating also goes down.
Your User Rating increases by 1 when:
1) A discussion you started receives two responses or a response and a comment
2) You post a response or a comment for the first time in a discussion (in other words, it only increases ONCE for each discussion, even if you post more than one response or many comments).
It usually updates instantly but I have, very infrequently, known times when there appears to have been some delay.

Ummm ... I think I should clarify here. In a discussion started by some else, your user rating will increase by one the first time you respond to the discussion. It will also increase by one the first time you place a comment within the response box of someone else. Therefore, your user rating will only increase by one for a discussion that you start, but it can increase a maximum of two for a discussion started by someone else.

There's a cut off at mylot. Maybe it depends upon the time of your lasts posts but should there will be discrepancies, those will be added for the following day number of posts.

Hi Archaiway,when you post comments on your discussion topics , the figure does not go up , also when you post in a thread more than once you don't get any extra points and the figure does not change...Once you are here for some more time you will get used to it -a ll the best and happy mylotting

I think it could be possible that there are just delays in updating the count, i have also experienced this before and i could also not seem to figure out why. I don't even get how mylot counts the posts i made, either they only count the discussions or also the replies i made. Anyways, i don't mind it anymore because its quite hard for me to figure out. I'm already ok as long as i enjoy posting here and reding other members posts. Just have fund and enjoy. Happy mylotting.
