There is a popular tradition that a woman may propose marriage to a man on February 29..do you know other tradition?

I never heard of this one! but if I wanted to propose a man in marriage I would do it any time...proper or not! but then at my age I Am not about to propose to any one leap year or not.

well i was not aware of this tradition.. but I don't know any tradition, that is special in feb-29th..
