what is the best aid if u are about to collapse?

When someone is about to collapse, and you want to do first aid or help them in any way, the easiest thing to do are these two: *If they are conscious and can lower themselves, bring them a comfortable chair and have them relax in it while you observe them. *If they are conscious but cannot lower themselves, come up behind them (after obtaining consent) put one arm under her arm and grasp her opposite shoulder. Comfort her and tell her that you've got the situation under control. Then slowly walk backwards and lower them to the ground. *If they go unconscious while you are lowering them to the ground, you already have them supported. If there is any change in consciousness, call 911. I'm a certified Lifeguard, if you have any followup questions, don't hesitate to ask :P
