Does this look like discrimination to you or what?

At the beginning of the week I worked in a sales department facing the corporate axe. Nobody's job is in jeopardy everyone will just get shunted over to another department. It is however the best paying department in the company because of incentive bonuses. Of the twenty-five or so employees in the department seven of us got called to the office and told our calls were less than perfect and we were to be immediately transferred to another department where we could do no harm. All this issues are nitpicks that we have not been given a chance to correct and have not been coached on in the past. Expectations have been changing almost daily there over the past several weeks and I didn't think anything of it until I took a close look at the seven people that were bumped. The youngest person bumped is older than the oldest person left in that department. They moved the seven oldest people off. This might all play into my hands for good before this is over otherwise I would take this to the provincial labour board. I know not much would get done about it but someone would have some explaining to do if nothing else.
