I tried it because a friend recommended that I join, but I didn't really like it. It seemed like Facebook was a place to go when bored because a lot of the people on it talked about silly things, like what they were eating, their hamster's adventure to the fridge, or something else ridiculous. People always tried to add me that I didn't know and there was that poking crap. Facebook might have changed since I last used it. What do you think? Do you like Facebook?

OMG, i can totally relate to this post. YES, facebook is a waste of time but what makes it so popular is its number of users. There a huge number of additional apps to choose for. Since I write, I use it only to promote my content and catch up with few old friends, nothing more. Onfact, I even delete people who i am not directly in touch with such as DJ's, Bands etc. Till date, if I have nothing to do on the PC, i go to Facebook, ha ha!

You are certainly not the only one. All most all the Chinese living in mainland China don't because they don't have access to. But in China, there are substitute websites like renren.com. And the weibo (like twitter) is popular among Chinese. But there is a big difference. For many Chinese, they are very good channels for reading social news.

i too find it sort of boring, yet i do have an account there. i usually just go in there to see what friends and family are up to. i generally dont spend much more than a few minutes in there each visit.

I am on it but I find it cumbersome and I have two personalities on there and they managed to mix them up. I use it as little as possible

Me too. I have account though but I never login cause it's such a waste of time. I think we should have more to do than to be checking other people's lives everyday, plus I don't feel that lonely, as many login because they are feeling.

No, you aren;t the only one who doesn't use facebook. I know a few people who don't like it either. I do have a facebook account and I use it mainly to communicate with my friends and family although it is irritating when people tend to use it as a diary and post things such as what they are eating...

You aren't the only one who is not using Facebook anymore. I have friends who also gave up their account there because they found it a waste of time. I wanted to give it up also sometimes, but I can't because there are people there that I can only communicate through that site. It's really boring most of the time for me but I just do something else aside from spending time reading their statuses or the likes.

I do have a facebook account but I only open it to keep in touch with friends. I seldom upload photos, i do not update my status, though i usually comment on some of my friends pictures or status but that's it. My sister doesn't like using facebook either. She said it's just a waste of time.

Hiii. friend. I think facebook is quite good. It is very helpful in networking as well as you can be in contact with a number of people you want at the same time. Also, there are as many pages as you can imagine about all the aspects of life, news, your interests, hobbies, sports etc. So you can join those and get beneficial info regularly. I like facebook.

It is nothing surprise that you not using Facebook. Nowadays everyone have it for passing time, making friends, have a profile. They feel happy to have a profile like a site for them. It is nothing weird or nothing wrong with that. Facebook just a part.

I also use it, whatever they are sometimes written in facebook was it matterof course and there are even some people say " what they write?? not make sense " hehehe. But maybe by the time they wrote it they want their friends to share and there are they feel have a friend and have a place to share. So whereever you can make kindness to help your friends, just do it.
