It was another Van Persie show for Arsenal as they got the job done at Anfield. All three goals were scored by Arsenal players with Liverpool taking the lead through an own goal by Koscielny. Before that there was some usual Suarez drama as he dived over Schezny and claimed and got a penalty awarded. But Schezny made a brilliant double save of Kuyt to keep Liverpool out. After that there were two sublime moves from Arsenal ending in two sublime finishes by Van Persie. Between the two goals the game was more or less dominated by Liverpool, but their attacks lacked the final finish. The only real bad news for Arsenal was that another player Arteta was stretchered off during the game!! What are your views on the match? Cheers! Ram

I think this season there have been three heroes for Arsenal. One is of course Van Persie. Second is Schzeny who has after a long time seems to have solved the goalkeeping situation for Arsene Wenger. The last hero is the young Oxlade Chamberlain. His emergence seems to have rejuvenated the club. Cheers! Ram

I think the voices against Wenger has now stopped. With the comeback that Arsenal has made this season. But they still need to secure the Champions League spot for all voices to stop. Cheers! Ram

I see it the way you see it! Liverpool can move the ball to the striking zone, is that the correct term?, but they can not finish. It is as thought once they missed the penalty shot , they lost their fire and Arsenal gained confidence. I want Suarez gone, now. The one match I saw Liverpool play All 90 minutes and all out was when Suarez was out! I like Liverpool but they need to get rid of him. ps. please let me know how Arteta is. Since it is soccer , ESPN may not tell me.

I think he is becoming like one of the enigmas for the team. He seems to bring about a lot of huff and puff to the team, but the finish is lacking. He also brings in the off the field distractions for the team. Let's see what Kenny does with him over the summer. Cheers! Ram

If I am to be honest, this is undeserved victory. Liverpool had the majority of possession, chances and corners. But they have been blunt in their attack all season. But hey, this is victory regardless. Again RVP step up and rescue Arsenal. I dread to think what will happen to the Gunners should he decide to leave in the summer. As for Arteta, when I saw him going down, I thought something sinister had happen, like a punch or elbow behind the referee's back. Upon replays, it clearly show an accidentally collision of the players. To have suffered a sever concussion, that must be quite a hard blow. Anyway, lets hope Arsenal can keep it going and aim for the third spot.

I agree that Arsenal managed to pip Liverpool at the near post literally. But the real robbery was at White Hart Lane, the way Man U won that match without really removing the handbrakes off!! Cheers! Ram
