I was surprised today when my choirmate said that she has a Third Eye. Apart from that, she can see aura of people. She slept in the midafternoon in my room today. When we both woke up, she reported that i have a "Black Lady" in my room... Well not exactly, in my room, the Black Lady is actually very harmless and is just hanging around the garden outside my room. Usually, when my choirmate sleeps over someone else's place and in that place, there happens to be a lost spirit, the spirit would speak to her in dreams asking for prayers. I find that very interesting.
As for the aura, she was really amazed at my mom's aura. When she saw my mom, my mom was shining bright even in her old age. Wow! My mom is such a saint! I also learned from her that not all people who has dark aura are actually tagged as evil. They are probably undergoing some depressive state lately. I got so excited.. i told her, "hey! what about my aura? can you check? can you check?" She said it cant be seen in a multicolored background, the place has to be purely white so that she can see. But as for my mom, my mom was just eating in our dining table and she was all a-glowing!
Are you gifted with stuff like these? Are you proud of it? Or are you scared to use it?

Everyone is born with a third eye open but it becomes dormant due to disuse and suppression. That is usually to to people wanting to live up to society's standard. The Third eye can easily be opened back up. I can give more information if anyone is curious.

I am not gifted and I don't know if I would like to be, but like you I have a good friend that sees things that we don't. I keep telling her I don't want my future read thank you, and we giggle about it. She naturally has a gift as far as she could remember, but I do know that you get frauds too, that try to be gifted, but just into it for the money. I think its like religion its a very personal faith either you are into the unknow or not. Interesting topic though.

Though aura reading is one type of special science, it still demands more accurate research and study with established results by psychology researchers. It is not like physical os social sciences, rather it belongs to the paranormal chapter, where, physical or social laws do not hold good! I may say, for a positive attitude person with normal spiritual reasoning, there is no necessity to become fearful about this. Thanks for this nice topic.

I used to have such a gift but I have refused to use it since the time that I have had a lot of troubles in my life. I remember when I was a child that I loved to go to school when there was no one else yet (talk about being early
) and there would be a boy that I would be playing with but wouldn't be around once school started. I used to think that he was the child of our janitor, but up to now I haven't really found out.
One time I went to a gathering of people who had such "gifts". One of them asked me where my companion was, the one who was walking with me on the street. I told her that I went there alone and she went white and suddenly left the room. I found out later that she was there as a skeptic and got scared when she started seeing things she couldn't explain.

I don't think I would ever have something like this done. A part of me doesn't really believe in it, and a part of me - gets freaked out by the idea. I have had someone offer to read my tarot cards, and to read my palms - but I really don't want to know the FUTURE. That aspect freaks me out, as do all supernatural psychic-type things. . I guess it's something you have to experience to believe, right? Happy MyLotting!

I am definitely not gifted but I do believe some people are. However, I am not one who would rely or interested in such things even though I have experienced with my own eyes & ears when my mother-in-law communicated with her deceased husband. I suppose I am more leaning to be skeptical; I believe spirits live in our world, but I'd just like to keep any interactions with them to the minimum.

I have never heard that a person can read one's aura but I heard that there was a machine that can read one's aura. Someone who is very religious recently bought that machine to detect what kind of aura one has. It's interesting to know it.

Oh, I wonder how your mother looks like. I think she is really kind-hearted. And your choirmate has seen her with the white background in your dining area, is it?
Anyways, it really amuses me and scares me at the same time having read your experience. I haven't known anyone who has this kind of power. Well, if there is, it's a fake!
Back to your experience, did you felt scared having heard of what he/she saw in your room? A black Lady can be scary, I think. But if you said it is harmless, then it can be safe. just like your friend said. I really don't know. And I will be scared if I known that personally. Paranormal things really can be scary. And i don't like the feeling of having that power.
