I have been struggling for 2 years to loose weight and cannot seem to win the battle. Any one that has advise or is in the same boat. My weight is affecting my health and i am sick of my family calling me piggy all the time.

My husband put himself on a diet back in the middle of May. He has lost around 65 or 70 pounds so far. He just started counting his calories and totally stopped drinking soda pop. He also rides the exercise bike at least twice a week and works on the bowflex three times a week. He is doing really well. When he snacks he used the 100 calories packs or eats a cereal bar or granola bars. He tries to keep his snacks to around 100 calories and eats the smaller meals 4-5 a day. He also has one cheat day a week but still tries to keep whatever he eats with in the calories he has set for the day. Hope this can help you.

Exercise will do fine! If you dont like exercise... try to avoid snacks or either things that u think its making u have extra weight. But better then that i think u should try to find a good nutricionist, and follow what they say whats the best for u. Stick with it in the healthy way, because losing weight paranoia can be really bad also. It can bring u serious health problems and also take u to anorexia,bulimia ect... For me ... i think u should get advice from a good nutricionist!
