I am in my final year of high school and I am applying for several universities in EU. Firstly I apply for UK universities. I am accepted in uni of Leicester, but 9000 pounds and 3000 more for maintenance. I think this is too much. What do you think?

I do not know the situation and which are the top Universities in UK, but I know that 12000 pounds is a big number, so if you make it there you will have to learn much, in order for those money not to be wasted in vain. In my country you can go to colege for free if you have had high or medium grades in high-school, so I guess it is easier concerning the money, but the professors are really strict and severe, so it is harder to finish it.

From what country you are? I life in Bulgaria and here the education is very poor and that is why I want to receive a better education and this means somewhere in EU. Yes, and I think that 12000 pounds it tooooo much and considering that I will be and in another country it will be too hard for me. Is there any opportunities for Bulgarian students in your country?

Then we are neighbours :). I live in Romania. There are a few universities in Romania that are really good, but none of them can compare to those in the west. Maybe you can get a scholarship if you are from a different country and attend to a University in Romania, I am not sure. It is worth a try, but only if your Universityes are really bad. Otherwise, it wouldn't be a good investment for the distance is a littlee big. You can try though in Bucharest, in the capital city, which is closer to your country, and has some good Universitys.

I think that you really need to be sure that you are commited to the program. Post secondary education can be financially crippling, so make sure you have a plan to pay it off. I went to a few years of college but I kept changing my program and after 2 years I ended up with a little bit of everything. So just make sure you are 100% sure.
