It is said that taking vitamin pills can keep fit, especially vitamin C and vitamin E. i have check that through on the Internet, and it seems make sense. So I bought a bottle of vitamin C and a bottle of vitamin E in the drug store. But I can not form the habit to take them everyday. But I will take them when i remember and use them to make some mask for myself. But i think no matter how good they are, they are still a kind of drug. We should get them from food not pills.

When my body is lacking a certain vitamin, I take vitamins. If the doctor tells that I am low in a certain vitamin. I was low on vitamin b-12, the doctor told me to take one a day. So I did, not only did it improve my memory. I had a hop in my step.

In some place of my country, people will lose a certain vitamin or other materials which is quite important for body. Most of them are caused by lacking of the material in their place. So taking certain pills is a good way for them to solve the problem. But in modern cities, these are often caused by eat habit, like taking rices all the day or drinking too much tea. Lacking vitamin B-12, maybe caused by taking the same food for a long time, if you changes your food once a week, the problem may be not solves soon.

Yes, the changes in my diet have helped. By eating more foods enriched in vitamin B-12, has helped. During the time of I was b-12 deficient I did take the vitamin B-12. There are many foods that are high in Vitamin B-12, shellfish, Liver, Fish eggs (YUK), crab, lobster, lamb and beef and of course cheese and eggs. My central nervous system had some damage caused to it. Causing tremors in my body occured. The damage is irriversible. Lacking Vitamin B-12 can also cause depression to occur. And damage the brain. What you feed your body, is very important for your health.

When your choice of diet is a balanced one there is little concern for supplementary vitamin tablets. However some of us do need those vitamins as to have therapeutic benefits.

I know balance food can help us take in enough nutrition and vitamins. But now as I can only choose the food in the school dinning room and food there is the same everyday. I can not make sure that i have a balance food. If that situation keeps for a long time, i think I have to take some vitamins a way of therapy.

I just focus on eating a balanced-diet that consists of fruits and vegetables and also I try my best to have regular exercise. The only supplement that I take is Memo Plus Gold, which is a memory supplement.

I also take vegetables and fruits everyday. But I still can not sure i have a balance food. As a student living in school, there are few choices for me as meals. The food are same everyday, and no less green vegetables. Maybe the nutrition is enough for my body, but i am still uncomfortable with the food in the school. So i take some vitamin pills to make me feel better. Thank you for your share.

I do take vitamins for now I take multivitamins and iron for pregnant women since it is a requirement. But when I wasn't pregnant, I take vitamins such as Vitamin B, C and E. I especially drink vitamin C everyday to boost my immune system. If I have colds or cough, I even take Vitamin C twice a day.

When you are pregnant, taking some multivitamins and iron is a good choice, which can help you make yourself and your baby health. Here people do not have that habit, but usually pregnant women will take more fruits and proteins in, to make sure that they can have enough nutrition for the grow of the baby.

Taking vitamins specially vitamin c is good for our health because it will boost our immune system the same goes when taking vitamin e. I have heard that the best time to take vitamins is when before going to sleep. Some says it is more effective because the body will get all the vitamins because you will do anything because your body is relaxed and you will just sleep.Although some vitamins and nutrients can be found on food that we eat., I think it is best to take some tablets to get the proper dosage of nutrients our body needs for the day. :)

It is said that Vitamin C can help fight against cold. So sometimes when I feel uncomfortable, maybe getting a cold, I will take some vitamin C pills or a cup of vitamin drinks then go to bed to have a good sleep. In most case, after a whole night sleep, my body will turn back to a good condition. I think it really works. But I dare not take it everyday. It is said that if you forming the habit to take it everyday, while suddenly stop to take it, will cause vitamin lack disease like scorbutus.

I don't take the vitamin pills at all. As I think somewhat the medicines will have side effects and I don't want that. I prefer to eat the natural food and then obtain the vitamin and minor elements from it. It is healthier. I love China

Not daily, but i take them sometimes. for me lever tablets are very essential as i take my breakfast and launch outside almost daily. I have a job 100kms away from my home and all those spicy foods dont fit to me. That is why i am dependable to lever pills although not regularly. have a nice time.

I used to take vitamin pills over the counter until my sister who is a scientist told me that the only time when that made sense was when a doctor prescribed them because we had a special ailment. When you are healthy, vitamin pills go down the drain so to say. She also showed me scientific literature supporting this. It made sense so I donĀ“t spend money in pills anymore but buy more veggies, fruit and meat with that money.

Vitamins are really good for us. Taking vitamins help with a lot of things. I think that they would help as well with keeping fit.It keeps our immune system up and that helps our body to be able to perform better. It is hard to take vitamins everyday. Keep working at it and you will get it down. It's easier to take pills when they are smaller as well.True it is better to eat foods to get the things we need. But if we think about it honestly it is very hard to get all of the vitamins and minerals that is good for us in one day from foods. So we have to be balanced.

hi there, honestly, i like the thought of me taking vitamins because then it would make me like i am in good shape and fit, like with vitamin c, it can boost our immune system from getting sick, vitamin e to make our skin beautiful and look young, and so on. but like you, i would also forget to take them everyday. or even buy more when they finish. i usually just remember to take vitamin c when i get sick. but it is also a good thing that i eat almost all the vegetables and fruits there is. we all know they are very very good sources of vitamins and minerals we always have to go natural

Water-soluble natural vitamins as the title implies break up very easily inside water. You must acquire water-soluble vitamin supplements each day as the entire body isn't going to save these even though you may take in these excessively. These are passed inside pee. It is very important to keep in mind they are furthermore dropped once we cook our own greens or perhaps expose those to excessive temperature. Water-soluble vitamin supplements are definitely the Eight vitamin supplements beneath b vitamin and also vit c. Once we can't acquire each of the vitamin supplements necessary from diet regime our suggestion is that we all acquire nutritional vitamins. http://www.thevitaminmag.com/what-vitamins-should-i-take/
