Minimum Budget best camera cell phone

Now I wish to take photos and post them in several sites that is social network sites, photo sites and video sites, at present I am having two cell phones one is G Five of China made and another is CDMA cell phone of MTS, my G Five cell phone is having camera but I am not satisfied with pictures taken by this cell phone, I too have a Canan digital camera ,but it was 3 years old, now a days slim cameras are available in the market, but I did not wish to purchase one more camera for photos, I here that Samsung phones are best with good camera and large screen, this Samsung camera is best or MTS and IDEA ia also selling their android touch screen cell phones in affordable price of around five thousand rupees, approximately hundred dollars, kindly suggest the best one for my use
