Craving for ice cream after making love !

oh yes i`ve experienced that. i really crave for ice cream after making love.. it feels good when you eat ice cream. it feels like you regain your energy that was lost hehe.. vanilla ice cream is good =) happy my lotting

I have read that after physical activity our blood sugar often drops. Maybe that's the reason you want to eat something sweet, and that's how your body can get back its original blood sugar level. Welcome to mylot Ladyoftheeast

I don't ever feel that way, the last thing I want is food usually. I like ice cream though, and that would probably make me fat again.

This is the first time I heard of this. May be ice cream can cool you down and the sugar contents can replenish energy. I think that's no harm to eat ice cream in this way...Lol

I have never had this happen to me. But it could be a few different things. Maybe you want to eat ice cream after wards just because you are hot and sweaty and just want something to cool you down just like on a hot summer day. Or maybe your mouth is dry and you want something cold and wet and instead of getting a cold drink with ice you would rather have ice cream because thats what you eat to cool down in the summer yet again. I hope this helps you out a little like i sald i have never had this happen to me but thought that i would give you my opinion just in case it could help you out a little.
