Oh, it is terrible to be sleepless night. Do you have something important in mind and that you always think of? You can have a warm bath and a hot milk then you will be easy to get to sleep. Have a nice day ,friend.

Hey I m sleepless too. Last night I sleep only about 3 1/2 hours -,- Yesterday I was tired after work, reach home at 3pm and took nap at 4pm-7pm, guessed it made me hard to sleep at night. I don't know how to stop my insomnia, cos it comes sometimes even when I don't take nap at day.

i think you are thinking too much that is why your brain is not resting keeping you awake and active. release your stress through exercise or if the symptoms get worst, seek a doctors advice.

5 hours sleep is better than most insomniacs can get. I believe your mind is actively working on something or your body just have extra juices that needs to be exhausted. Maybe tonight will be different, hopefully.

Whenever I can't sleep, I try either to meditate or just to breathe deeply. It's something I thought that might relax the body to a sleepy state and without knowing about it, you're already asleep. I know the feeling of tiring yourself out but you just seem to can't fall asleep--And you still have something important to do the next day. It's a frustrating experience. I don't know, kyle2krystel. I am no doctor, but try deep breathing in order to fall asleep. I'll explain to you why I advice this if you wish but you'll get a very scientific explanation since this is something I've learned in school--well, reading the books in the school library. I'm quite the nerd.
