I'm curious about this today. I heard the seeds is supposed to be a great thing to prevent or even to cure any illnesses. They have to be grounded first, then we can take it as is or mix one teaspoonful with a glass of juice/water to drink every day. Has anyone heard about this? Or better yet, has anyone tried it? I'm all for non- drug that is supposed to be good for your health; so I might like to give it a try.

@sishy7 I've never heard of these seeds before but wouldn't surprise me if they do help out or even cure illness. I'm really thinking that natural things around this world is better than what the doctors prescribe for us all when being sick. Have you had them yet by any chance?

Yes, I have. They seem to be a really good booster for our immune system. I mean, when I take them regularly, I don't get the flu or cold easily...

@sishy7 @VivaLaDani13 We use the brown cumin seeds a lot. There is hardly anything cooked without using those. Every spice has its own benefit and we use plenty of them. Like if you get a cough/cold, drink spiced tea by adding ginger (or ginger powder), cardamom, cloves. Even Holy Basil. Drink milk with adding turmeric for healing. Ginger and garlic-rich curry/soup also help with congestion or sputum. It is good for digestion too.
Black Cumin Oil is one of my favorite supplements.  It seems to help many people with a diverse array of issues. ContentsIntroductionTraditional UsesMy Own ExperimentsThe Black Cumin Seed Oil That I UseBlack Cumin SnapshotShop NowProsCons1) Black Cumin Oil
