"I have learned through bitter experience the one supreme lesson to conserve my anger, and as heat conserved is transmitted into energy, even so our anger controlled can be transmitted into a power that can move the world." — Mahandas Gandhi What do you think?

wow how good it looks to read but its tough to practice since anger in view is a emotion that occurs when something unusual happen and never before but when something embarrassing happens its very very tough to control anger since anger repersents our embarrassment. For example if someone slaps other how the other person can start thinking of transforming anger into positive energy such thoughts looks good in books but once you are in practical life they are of little use ......... Yes it is difficult to practice lots of things in life especially being calm and transferring negative energy to positive energy. If everyone practices and does it world would be a good place to live.

I think good things do happen when a person changes his anger and negative energy to positive energy. I think Gandhi was one person who taught us ahimisa and the right for every person to live in this world. I always believe that with nonviolence lots of things can achieve, which the violence cannot achieve. Yeah I do believe that our anger if controlled and transmitted to power can be changed to energy or power to move the world.
