Is it ethical to submit to same different URL on the same domain?

I think it's still acceptable to submit different URL on the same domain,(meaning the inner page of that website.) Example: mysite.com/about and mysite.com/contactus both submit to search engine website.

You don't have to submit anything to anywhere: the search engines have web crawlers that find and index your site. Even if you do submit two URLs (which is perfectly fine), the spider will just land on one and index everything anyway - submitting twice won't make a noticeable difference.

In your other copy of this discussion you asked if it's ethical for SEO. Again, it makes no difference: most search engines completely ignore the "keywords" meta tag these days (because in the past it's been stuffed with useless or inappropriate content) and work out your keywords by analysing the page content itself. So even if you submit multiple pages (with different keywords - though I've never seen a search engine submission page that asked for those) - the indexing process will take care of everything in the same way it does for everyone. No difference: you're just wasting effort by submitting multiple URLs (unless they're not interlinked at all, of course, then it's like submitting multiple sites).

And the search engines might get irritated if he do that repeatedly. It's like submitting your index repeatedly, because even if he thinks what he's submitting are inner pages, the index is still always there, included. So, when not sure if it is okay, better don't do it.

Hi John, i am sorry that i could not help you with your problem. I don't really know what you are talking about, but i think the response from Spyke is very much useful and informative. Good luck!

Every so often I run across a discussion here that points out how slow witted I am when it comes to technology. Sometimes I wonder how I even manage to operate a computer. I have no idea what you are talking about and even after reading the response I still have been unable to figure it out. I guess I should be grateful to Bill Gates for making windows so user friendly.
