Help!

I just woke up and I have been a member of Slice The Pie for a very long time now and I just don't get this I tried to log in and it said my account has been locked becasue I was using a proxy server and I know I am not! Does anyone know how to fix this? What is that?

Have you ever accessed SliceThePie from school/college/library/office? If it is yes, then you may had used proxy server.. Either way, yes or no, I think it's better to contact them and explain your issue..

I don't know I am very angry with them my family uses 2 computers and several of use live here and I just think it was wrong of them to do this! I have b=never used a proxy and they weres saying no multiple accounts but we have 2 computers that have the same ip duh! I had one my daughter had one and other family members here had account s too, that's why I just don't get them!

Uhm, hold a sec.. So what's actually the problem? Multiple accounts or the usage of proxy? Or both? :o

Hi ja hernandez rivas: That's really strange to me. I have read that it's probably because you have a dynamic IP. I think you should try to send a message to the sites' admin so they may let you recover your account. ALVARO

I think you using modem with dynamic IP right now. Some sites only allow static IP (usually cable). I only suggest you to contact their admin and explain your situation. If they understand your situation, they gonna unblock your account. This situation It also happen to me twice in past (one unblocked after my explanation, and second one still banned till right now).

Wow no I haven't had that problem with them, but I do know they are still giving me the line that they don't have any available tracks for me, after just reviewing 1-2 tracks sometimes, today has been better with it though. I think it depends on the activity on the site or maybe the fact they don't want too many reviews from the same person everyday. But as for your situation, it is different. Tell them your story and see what they say, I bet they will say they will try and work on fixing it for you.

It said we had mutiple accounts which me and my family all use the same 2 computers and of course they are the same ip address and I think that was so wrong of them! I have never had that problem with them ever and then first it was no more tracks and then the songs repeated several times and now this?
