I woke up with these headache, and I know it is because of my sinus. The weather here in my country is very strange lately the summer hot and then the cloudy sky mixes. That's why I'm suffering this kind of headache, that cause a dull, deep, throbbing pain in the front of my head and face. Only I can do is to drink my analgesic tablet to ease the pain and put some mentholated oil behind my forehead. Better yet that today is Sunday I can just have my rest. Have you suffer the same kind of headache that ruin your day?

As the doctors says that sinusitis is a kind of allergy disease because it attacks you when you are eating cold treats like ice cream and halo halo or even harsher in sweets. It could also trigger when the climate is changing like what had just happen recently that the skies are cloudy yet the humidity still increasing the temperatures of the surroundings. Why not try something new to your vocabulary in the sense of you sufferings? When you are awake in the morning before doing anything try to gargle a half spoon of salt in a lukewarm water. Then during the night when you are preparing to go to sleep also do this routine for 4 days and you could observe that you sufferings would be lesser than you did not do it.I wish that I have suggested you something that helps you.Have a happy mylotting!!!

Had this before and its pretty annoying. What I do is to have anti-histamine medication with side effect of drowsiness. Ahhh that's relieving. :D

I hate side effects that's why I don't like antihistamine, I preferred pain reliever tablets.

I don't like to use some antihistamine I hate the side effects, it made me drowsy the whole day. I used some pain killers for my head ache and mentholated oil for my sinus. But today I'm already fine the weather now is hot.

hi sorry to hear that, its no fun when your sinuses act up. I have to use Benadryl myself as I have a lot of night allergies and the cold weather which is so unusual for us does not help one bit.I had a short nap so now ready for lunch.

I have had some bad headaches, but there are so many people around here suffering bad from sinuses. All that fluid gets in there and fills you up and presses on everything under the skin. The doctor told my daughter's sis 'n law that it can crush bones and cartilidge. My little grandson who is 2 years old had all 4 sinus cavities infection, caused an ear infection and bronchial infection. He had to stay in the hospital for seven days, bless his little heart. His mommy stayed there day and night the whole time.

He's feeling better now. He has to take antibiotics for 3 more weeks from today, and he is actually eating more now each meal that he has eaten any meal in the past couple of months. It makes us feel so good to see him smile and keep eating when we give him his plate. Thanks.

Oh my...those kind of headaches are just terrible. I don't get many headaches but the ones I do get are sinus headaches. I hope it is gone by now. I usually take a sinus decongestant and after a little rest I feel better. Take care.

I have suffered from sinus problems for many years. This past month when I got that horrible flu I not only had respistory infection and fever but as this started to go away about two weeks my head was stuffy I could not hardly hear out of my ears and I was having not only horrible sinus pain and pressure but sick to my stomach as well. I had to go back to the doctor and get another round of antibiotics. I still have it but not as bad as it was.

Yes I had chronic sinusitus problems for years and than I discovered Oregano oil, I mixed 2 drops of oregano oil in my salted water for sinus and it unplugs my nose, and the other one I have found is from " Herbal Select " Fenugreek & Thyme " helps to drain your sinuses. Well good Day.

Take honey mixed with lime juice daily 1 spoon morning and one spoon evening to reduce allergic cold..if there is no cold automatically headache will decrease.Hope this works.
