What did everyone do this weekend?
Was it a busy one or just a really slow dead weekend?
I had a really long weekend. I got up at 5:45 friday morning because of my kids. Well i took my kids to school and then went to work. Well later in the day while i was still at work my husband calls and says that my kids pre school called and said that my little girls shoes were to small. My little girl put her own shoes on friday morning and she didnt say anything about them not fitting. So i was trying to figure out what i needed to do because i work at a gas station and i was the only one there. Well while trying to figure out what to do one of my regular customers come in and said looks like someone is having a bad day and i asked him what he meant and he said you have a flat tire. I had a flat tire on the front and those are new tires have not even had them 6 months yet they cosy me like 360 something bucks each. Well i got some fix a flat and left work 15 min early so that i could get to the shop before they closed cause i wasnt scheduled to get off until 5:30. Well got to the shop and they took the tire off and checked it and they didnt find anything wrong with it. Well then i had to rush to day care to pick my kids up by 6. Well then i had to run and get stuff from like 4 different places. Then went to my mom and dads so that my mom could help me with some cooking. I didnt get to their house until 8:30. We finally finished up the 14 bear cakes at 2 am. I asked if they would watch my kids for me until i was done with my plans on sat and they said that they would. Well we left my parents house about 2:05 and went to my job and washed my truck and cleaned the inside out. Well then i went home and got home about 3:30. We had to be up by 4:30 saturday morning so we didnt bother to go to sleep. So we just sat around and waited then i started making phone calls at 5 am. Then we left again at 5 and went to my store. We had a yard sale/ bake sale to raise money to support victory junction children. When we got there we started helping the boss lady get the paper work done while the guys started setting everything out. We were done with the paper work by 6:15 and outside setting up everything. We were done setting everything out by 7am. It was kinda slow at the begining so we dicided to stop at 12 and then things picked up a little. Well then everyone dicided to stay till 3pm. So i left at 11 and went to my parents house and picked up my kids and went back. Well then we started packing things up at 2:45 pm. We did pretty good for the day we made 300 something for the day. They also decided to do another yard sale at the very end of the month its the last day of the month and the last day to get donations for the charity. Well when we got home i passed out since i had not gone to bed yet and then woke up 2 hours later and went to bed really early. Then back up at 7 this morning. Now its mylot all day since i have not done anything on here in the last few days.

yes u had a busy busy weekend. glad the fund raiser did have an ok turn out tho :) it is a great cause :)
my weekend wasnt really all that busy but i had a great time. friday we just kind of relaed. we got to sleep in a little on saturday and then after lunch we packed all our stuff up and we went to buckhorn to go camping. later in the evening the fish we biting great we caught about 10 fish and i caught the 2 biggest :D now i did get a little upset when a fish broke my reel on the pole then broke the line right at the shore. i am sad it was a huge fish lol but we still had a great time. it did start raining about 2 in the morning so we went in the tent and went on to bed.we woke up with water in the tent (i think 1 of the kids unzipped the door a little) but it wasnt that much water and as long as we were not against the sides or right near the door we were ok. my socks and bottome of my pants were wet but it wasnt all that cold so i was good lol. some how we missed all the bad storms i guess we were far enough away from home that they didnt hit us so that was good :) we ran out of bait quick this morning because they were biting so good last night so wepacked up and then took a long walk as far as we could go up (well you can go farther but u have to cross trees on the water and stuff like that and we didnt feel safe with the kids so we turned around). after that we stopped back by the dam and then headed home. after tha kids ate lunch and had their baths they took a napso me and my husband took a shower and just relaed spending time together :) it was so nice. we rarely get to do things like this and it was so nice to be able to do it this weekend. i cant wait to do it again :D

yes it has been a very long time since we all went camping together :) the kids are older now so i think they would have a great time. i am not sure you would wamt to listen to my kids at night tho lol every time we go when it gets late they cry and whine a lot before they fall asleep lol but may be with your kids there it would better :)
well we were down 1 pole due to that stupid fish hahaha and i didnt have the gas to go get more bait or i would have lol trust me they were biting awesome out there. i always tols him he takes me to all these places and i never catch a thing but this time i was proved wrong lol
how much is it for a camp site for the whole weekend? and how much is the wood? we would rpobly take our own if we have enough room lol we are usually packed full because we have to bring food and all that we dont have a big vehicle like u do hahaha. the beach would be awesome. let me talkto my husband he might enjot that to lol but wed have to follow u i dont remember how to get there lol

Wow you had a great weekend. I cant wait until i can go and do the same but i can tell you this one i will not run out of bait lol. I never run out if i have to leave and come back i will not run out. We like going up to jordan lake to the camping areas over there. They are very nice and clean. They also have a beach area for the kids to play in. Its great there you should go there one weekend. It dont cost that much and you have to buy fire wood from them or bring your own you are not allowed to go into the woods and get it but hey i can take my own lol. You guys should go with us one weekend. Its a really nice place.

well here in UK it was mothers day so i had all my family here with me, we had a fantastic day, we ate and talked and laughed and just enjoyed a nice sunny day together

Aaaawwww thats great. I love spending time with my family. Mothers day seems to be one of the best days to spend with your family. Just because its not a rushing thing you can take your time cause there are only so many mothers in a family. My family always goes to church on sunday morning that is all my mom asks us to do. She never wants any gifts she just wants to see her children and their children in church right beside her.

My weekend was awesome in spite of what happened to me last week.. i attended my 11:00 to 2:30 pm class last saturday.. it was the last meeting before the final examination.. i have learned a lot from my professor who used to be an Ambassador of Thailand during the 90's.. He inspires me to become a consul/consul general someday but i am still having second thoughts about since i am already 26 years old and should be working by now.. after class, i had a delicious lunch at Bonchon in Alabang Town Center.. it was treat from my ex partner.. we had a huge huge huge fight last week. i am still uncertain whether i am going to give her another chance or not because she caused too much pain and i can no longer bear it.. the next day was the celebration of my nephew's third birthday. we went to island cove in cavite and had real delicious lunch and dinner.. it was a birthday treat from his grandfather.. we left island cove 6 in the evening and mom has decided to have some coffee at starbucks in south luzon expressway.

WOW you had a really busy weekend. Its ok that you are not working yet. I am 26 years old as well and i started going to school but then stopped to start a family. I will be going back to school in the fall of this year. But i think that it has been so long since i have been out that all the classes that i took before has expired. So looks like i will have to start all over. I am also sorry to hear about your big fight with your ex partner. I hope everything works out for the best for you. And now i was some coffee from starbucks lol man that would b so great right now. Thanks for your post.

Why were you still working at weekend? You should have got your mind off work and enjoyed it with your family. Like me, I went off road on a mountainbike. I forgot all the burden of work.

Well the reason why is because it really didnt have anything to do with work. It did but it didnt. The chairty is a camp for children. My daughter was born with a birth defect and we are always back and forth to a childrens hospital. So i have seen these kids that go to this camp and seen how they feel while in the hospital, and at this camp they are still able to get all of their medical needs meet. So it was a big deal to me to help out with that. We ended up raising $350.00 from it and it cost $2500 just for one child to go! Thanks for the thought but i had a great time knowing that our store might be able to send 1 child to camp.

This weekend was boring. I had a minor surgery last Friday and though minor, it still required me to stay in bed for at least 2 days for the wound to heal. Until Monday I was still uncomfortable because of the pain so I have to stay home for another day. So this weekend we (me and my kids) were not able to go to the mall and eat at our favorite restaurant. I'm looking forward to next weekend, I'm going to treat my kids to their favorite foodhouse and make sure that it's gonna be more fun!

wow im not sure i could have done that. I dont lisen to anyone nowing me no matter how bad it hurt i would have been up and doing something and going out to eat for sure. I hope everything heals up well and i hope you get better soon. Enjoy this weekend eatting at your favorite food house.

My weekend was quite busy too, my mum went into hospital in the early hours of Thursday morning so I went up to my parents house on Friday to look after my dad untill Saturday. My best friend took me to bingo Saturday night to cheer me up and I won £10 which was cool, a win is a win after all. Then as my husband was walking me home, the pub near our house was having a St Patrick's Day party so we joined in and didn't leave until 1:30am where we passed out on the sofas. When I woke up, I had breakfast and then went for a really long walk for my dog for a bit of exercise and now I'm chilling out watching films and surfing the net.

WOW you did have a long weekend. Sounds like you had a great saturday night though. Im really sorry to hear about your mom though. I hope everything is ok and works out for her. Hope she gets to come home soon. Please keep us updated to let us now how she is doing. I will keep her in my prayers.
