What to do?

There are times that you're so pissed of with someone or the event itself that you just want to rant every word that comes in to your mind. It feels good to have an outlet but there are times that you may regret the outcome. That's why it's better to shut up and clear your mind. It helps me a lot especially having an annoying brother who doesn't help with household chores. Do you know other management to keep yourself calm after having an argument with someone?

My brother was the same i like to go to the gym and lift some weights thats always good to let off steam. You could always take up an exercise such as boxasize and hit the bags that way you get fit and let off steam.

Another form of outlet and that's pretty much effective. Look at the brighter side, it keeps you calm and at the same time you get tO have a healthy/fit body due to exercising. But there are times I prefer reading books instead of exercising. I'm such a lazy bum!

there is nothing wrong with a bit of light reading to relax i like to run a nice bath and listen to some nice music there is always a good way to chill out.

On prudent way really is just to keep silent when you're mad, lest you say or do things that you might regret eventually. But there are times that too much pent anger isn't also good. That's why we really need to have an outlet to focus that anger brewing inside us. People have different ways of calming themselves down. Some do paced breathing, others prayers or meditation, eating, watching TV, those sort of things. Or you could just shout it out. Got to your room and with a pillow over your mouth, shout your lungs out. It really helps release the anger and stress you're feeling.
